The Sun Rise Shower was easily installed by my plumber. The system is flawless as I used a very reputable plumber for my bathroom total remodel. The unit far exceeded my expectations!! Every question and concerns were addressed immediately!! I am very pleased!! Its absolutely gorgeous!!
We love this product. My husband is very happy with the rain effect. I feel like my hair gets socked fast, so getting ready in the morning is faster. The hand held part is easy to hold. The look is beautiful and elegant.
Had a contractor who screwed this up installing and lost a couple parts, but Sunrise the company in China actually came through and got me my parts in adequate time it was excellent
Very beautiful shower system! It works very well. The small handled head is very convenient to shower my kid. The seller is also very responsible. They reminded us to check the system before put it into wall. When we miss a few screws, they mailed to us immediately. Definitely recommend to my friends.
The product is great, just need a expert plumber, who understand well the installation procedure. Manufacturer information for installation was very helpful.

Their customer service is really good however I wouldn't recommend this product unless you are/have an experienced plumber with a lot of patience. also the font of the logo on the handle looks ugly and made the product look not as high-end as shown in the picture.
