Very heavy brass valve body, seems like good quality, I've used it twice now and clients are happy with it as well. The supplier is easy to deal with, they helped me out for a reasonable cost when someone accidentally disposed of the trim portion of the first order, during construction.
Well made product. I wish the rain shower was just a little smaller so that the water would come out with more force. But it is awesome. Would buy again.
Take your bathroom up a few levels with this rainshower and I promise you will not forget it. I bought this showerhead for our new renovation and it was the best choice for my bathroom for that modern look. the shower itself is very pleasing to the eye but the best part is the rainfall water that it gives you. It produces one of the most relaxing showers that I've ever had. My husband loves it and unfortunately for our water bill, he stays in much longer. The handheld is fantastic and it gives off a powerful spray. it this handheld had a message spray it would be the ultimate shower set and no they did not pay me to say that, this is from my own experience. The only drawback to having this is that I have hard water and it leaves spots but after each shower I wipe down the valve and it looks as new as the day I bought it.
This is great but buyer beware it's not a water saver and water sense guidelines will be changing soon. This will waste water!! If rain wise would make one similar to save water send it I'll change mine out to fit the plumbing!
Very responsible seller, after half year, I installed the product, there is a part is loss, I cant believe they contacted me many times try to solve the problems, and send me broken part! I feel so warm that they are so responsible! And great attitude! Very bad, after I remodel finished my bathroom, I start install it, the small shower hold is lose! No way to install when it keep turn! So if anyone see this message please contact me and the little hold need changed, thank you!
The product looks great and appears to be highly crafted. We installed the full package but found the hand held shower head does not work, it will not pass water. and the distributor have been very responsive and my understanding is there is a replacement piece on the way. The 10 rain shower head drops enough water to make for a very enjoyable showering experience. Can't wait for the hand held arrive and complete the ensemble.
We installed it 2 months ago for our master bath Reno. It is one of the best showerheads/system I have ever purchased. The water pressure is good, even in California with all the regulations. Has a sleek design.
