This trampoline came earlier than expected. It wasnt too difficult to set up and my husband and I were able to get it up in a few hours. Love the safety features and size (we got the 12 foot trampoline.) This will be used often and create lots of memories with friends and family.
My husband assembled easily, but when kids began to jump the floor surface seemed to almost touch ground. We have eight year old twins only about 50 pounds each So not near the weight limit. Im actually concerned about other children playing on it. It doesnt feel as sturdy as expected. It almost shakes as they jump. We had a larger trampoline but we moved so needed to replace and chose this one. Im disappointed and honestly concerned with the safety of this, but dont know what to do because its already assembled!
I made this purchase based on the safety features of this trampoline along with the aesthetics. I watched the video prior to assembly and used the instructions sent in the package however as you can see the net does not close at all. Also the top beams were difficult at best to put into the net on the top of the trampoline so I am unsure if they are truly done correctly or not. Two of the legs arrived damaged having scratches all over them even with being wrapped in plastic, almost as if this is a returned item and someone repackaged it together. Upon reaching out to the seller they basically said this happens during transit and provided different instructions on how to install the net however I would now have to disassemble the top to do this again and I believe the net is already stretched out, so that process would be very annoying on top of a situation that has not been ideal already. Disappointed I went with this brand.
