The first bed i got was missing pieces because the box was busted open,but sent me another one for the pieces and made it right.This is a HEAVY bed and made very well!!My boys love it!!
I’m pretty sure this is the same twin loft bed BJs is selling online for $369.99, as the brand names are similar and both products are made in Brazil. Shipping was on time. Packaging said “sustainably source wood” so if that is truly the case, wonderful. Took about 2-3 hours to assemble and with two people wasn’t too difficult. Very study, looks great, and fits a twin mattress perfectly. Our mattress is 7”. My 6 year old daughter absolutely loves this bed. Very happy with this purchase )
I didn’t like that it was supposed to be a full size bunk and it is a queen. The wood is nice but it is extremely short my son and I couldn’t fit getting in the bottom bunk. I was exited to finally put my new bunk bed until it was built I was super disappointed especially when pregnant and about to have the baby your expecting something comfortable instead I get a crib for me personally. now I had to take down the top bunk and between my son my daughter and new born we are all sleeping in one bed
The bunkbed was quite easy to assemble. I wish I would had bought it last year instead of the metal one Id purchased. I was able to put it together myself, aside from help for lifting the top bed and placing it, in about 5 hours, with interruptions by kids, misplacing screws, and not paying attention and mixing up parts. My advice is to place the separate screws in small ziplock bags labeled correctly as it only comes with a tiny piece of paper to label each type of screw. If everything is lined up right and the right screw is used, you can almost use just your hands for a vast amount of the assembly. The only downside is that the bed is slightly longer than the twin mattresses I have for it.
I was skeptical on how it was going to be from the reviews, but took a chance and everything showed up great. The assembly was done with both my husband and I since our two boys 5 and 3 1/2 try but reverse help. It did not take long at all to assemble. My 3 1/2 year old loves it. It is tall enough to have a fort underneath and short enough that Im not too worried about the height. It is very sturdy for them! I would not suggest an adult climbing in the bed. So we bought another one for our 5 year old, since the 3 1/2 year old needed out of the convertible crib immediately. The second bed came with a defect on one of the posts. I was worried contacting stores 123
because they may be out for the holidays. They responded that day Christmas eve and even on New years eve. They kept me informed all the way through (till delivery of the new bed) and even gave me options right away. The new bed once they contacted the manufacturer was sent out right away and delivered within a week. Stores 123 exceeded my expectations for what a company would go through to replace a defective product: They responded within 24hrs, went out of their way to keep me informed even during the holiday season, and made sure I was happy with the delivery of the replacement product. The boys are so very happy with their beds. Thank you so very much Stores 123 (especially Amari). Highly recommend this bed as well as the company for its outstanding customer service.
Ordered this for my girls and they love it. If my oldest decided to jump off the stairs it’s literally not even 2 feet from the ground. It’s the perfect size. It’s a lot to put together but if you follow instructions carefully and read them right you’ll get it together easy. It’s cute and perfect size for their little room
After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to buy this bunk bed. Turned out beautiful and very practical. I’m very happy! It’s very sturdy and just what I was looking for. My boys love it, bedtime makes them excited now.
