We’ve had these bunk beds a little over a year and they are covered in cracks and now the wooden slats under the bed sound like they are cracking, and the bed squeaks with every move. Kind of wish we had bought something else.
I love the wood very sturdy and well designed the only thing I didnt like was the scratches and broken wood from the delivery but besides that its great.
The box the product came in was absolutely ruined to the point I was worried it would be useless. Not a single piece of the bed was scuffed,cracked or damaged.
Although the majority if the bed was easy to assemble, there was one section that was annoying enough for me to take a smoke break multiple times. The bolt and barrel locks were nearly impossible to do because the hole for the barrel was too deep, causing the alignment to be off. Eventually, they did line up though.
I put these beds together mostly by myself (except for the bolt and barrel step) and it took about an hour and a half.
The bunkbed is great. It wasnt too difficult to assemble, definitely use a real ratchet to save time. The mattresses need support, we picked up some plywood from the hardware store and it works perfectly. If the mattress supports were better, I would give 5 stars.
The price of the set worried me when compared to other wooden bunk beds. I was beyond impressed with the quality of the wood. Every piece was solid wood. Sturdy enough to handle my two boys! Was so easy to set up, every piece was clearly labeled with easy to use instructions! Only took around an hour to fully set up. 5 out of 5 would buy again, very impressed!

Before returning item could we get the instructions and hardware everything remaining is in our box. Please.

Need help!
Part missing and safety issue. There is no way to secure the railing for mattresses. Major flaw. No way to request correct parts or get it fixed.
