The chair cushion came with a hole. I have been trying to contact the vendor with no luck. I paid a good pl price for this item and need help with the cushion to. E replaced before the hole gets bigger!
Just got it so I cant say how long it will last. However it is a nice looking chair and comfortable for me to sit in. Worth the price I paid and Im very happy with it!
I seriously cut my foot while putting this chair together. Be very careful while taking out the pipe. The wrapping doesnt stay on and the pipe will fall its very heavy and the edges are sharp. This furniture has a large footprint so make sure you have plenty of space. I do like the chair.
I really love this chair. My husband put it together in no time. It is very sturdy and mostly comfortable I need to put an extra cushion for back support.
I ordered two! One for each side of my balcony. They were very easy to assemble, and are very sturdy. I love the adjustable chain, because I can raise the chair to see over the railing on my balcony. I have received a lot of compliments on these chairs. They are comfortable, (Im 60+) and look great! Highly recommend!
The delivered package seemed OK, it was not damaged and didnt appear to be opened. The parts bag was missing from the box so we reached out to; they apologized for the error and sent out the missing screws and spring. This was a gift for my adult granddaughter and she reports that she is very happy with the product and enjoys the hanging chair. She had no problem with assembly once she received the missing parts. Thank you for correcting the problem promptly.

Danger while Assembling
