I love this swing! It is very pretty, I wish theyd the chair to go with it! Its very easy to assemble, I pit it together all.by myself in about 20 mins. It had a small rip in the cushion, and the customer service was phenomenal, and they replaced it right away! I received it yesterday, havent opened it yet. The swing seems to be very sturdy, I havent sat in it long, but I did for a few minutes when I first put it up, I will keep yall updated after the new cushion and sitting long in it. BUT GET IT YOU WILL LOVE IT!
I love this chair. I wasnt sure about ordering it but so glad I did. Although it is a large piece because its not solid it doesnt stand out like I thought it might and I can still see everything through it on the balcony and whats going on with the weather, etc.
I purchased 2 chairs to set up near the pool area. Simple enough assembly instructions. Downfall is that my husband almost injured himself by almost falling backwards with the entire chair and chair stand. One leg would not rendue grounded for whatever reason. Not sure if chair is just a defective one or if material is not sturdy enough, but I may have to return for safety reasons.

I seriously love this chair! We hung ours from the sealing and eventually will buy one for every room. If someone put in a bad review it is probably because they messed it up! It is sturdy, it is beautiful made and it holds weight!!!
Overall manufacturing quality is lacking. Hardware does not match the instructions. Products were damaged during production and shipped anyway (see pictures).
In addition to this, there are several places where metal shavings and debris block or abstruct assembly. I had to get my files/rasps to even get half the pieces to seat properly.
Seems like there has been a quality dip or change in manufacturer based on previous reviews.
I have requested replacements for the damaged plastic components, i will update depending on how they arrive.
Update: replacement parts have arrived. Needed a bit of trimming to fit 2 of the 4, but they were undamaged. Seller was very responsive to messages.

I cant sit on it because of the loud noise, it makes.
