This bunkbed was incredibly easy to put together. The construction is far superior to bunkbeds I've purchased in the past. For example, when the bed was totally put together, and I pushed it against the wall, the entire bed moved as one piece. It didn't buckle or strain at any point.
As important, when delivered this very heavy piece, the delivery person placed it at my front door, not in the lobby (I live in a condominium). I would have had no way to move a piece this heavy from the lobby to my door. Thank you, delivery!
The review that says the guardrail snapped off appears to have not assemble the bed correctly. The broken piece she shows in her picture looks like it was installed backwards. When properly assembled, those screws get drilled into the inside of the bed and are covered by the mattress. My guess is the entire guardrail was put on wrong, which understandably would lead to it breaking off. Just dont want people to be deterred from buying this item because of somebodys mistake.

This is a high quality item which lasted 2 years before a small part broke. Contacted the company and they readily replaced the broken piece, well outside of the warranty time frame.
My grandsons are super happy ... we havent used them as bunk beds bc they are too young... and they have no idea
But we are super pleased. It does take time to put together but its worth it

This is the second bed we have purchased for our family. The quality is wonderful for an affordable price. I wish I had seen the queen size sooner. I would have purchased one for myself as well! Definitely can't go wrong with these beds. Easy assembly and fast shipping. Great buy all around.
the bed is study however it's been over a week and we can still smell the strong odor from the bed. the bunk bed is for kids, i am not even sure the smell is toxic or not. some reviews mentioned that it may take weeks for the smell to go away. I am trying to use some baking soda on it to see if that works.
I ordered the twin bed w/ trundle (white). The twin bed looks great with no issues during assembly. Instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow. My 3yo enjoyed helping put this together.
For the trundle bed I ran into some issues where the pieces didn't match the product images (trundle bed frame and trundle bed slats). This resulted in issues when attempting to secure the slats to the trundle frame. I contacted support who made sure I was following the instructions correctly and then suggested that I modify the installation process by moving the slats to other positions in order to account for the difference in the materials I received. While it can be assembled like this, there is now less support on both the top and bottom of the frame and the general frustration associated with having to modify the assembly process and veer from the instructions to make the assembly work with the materials I was shipped. Support was responsive but you may need to get creative with assembly.
