The packing kept it from getting any damage during shipping. Good quality and great value for the cost. It was very easy to assemble. Myself and my 10 year old daughter put it together without any confusion. She loves it!!!!!
I would recommend the bed!!
After reading the reviews and going to their direct website, I decided to get these bunk beds for my kids, 3 and 6 yr olds. First off, the assembly will take about 3 hours even with another adult to help. There are no words just picture directions. You do need enough space because you are basically building 2 twin beds separately before putting one on top of the other. The wood is not sturdy and one of the bed legs have a crack and I could not tighten the bolt good because the wood was cracking. The beds move a good amount when my 6 yr old who weights 55lbs gets on top. The wood slacks do make noise and I hope they dont break, as other reviews stated they did. I figured for a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old these bunks would be okay, for at least for 2 years, but just 1 night in them, I don't know if they will last a few months. The ladder is okay, but the space could be divided a little differently, the top space is to apart and the bottom space is to close. The bed already have marks on them, the wood is very delicate. Also the smell of the paint is strong, we did air them out for 1 night before putting the mattresses on them and letting the kids sleep on them. Not to mention I dont think it can hold up to 400 lbs, I am 165lbs and I am scared to get on it.
ASSEMBLY ADVICE: Get a bottle of wood glue (4oz is plenty) and use it during assembly for the head and footboard assembly (both ends). Using it on the headend slats means that they don't clack around or make a noise as they are otherwise loose in their slots. Using it on every other joint and groove where you find 'bare wood' just makes it all extra sturdy. Don't use too much glue otherwise it will ooze out or drip, but you can wipe it off.
This goes together really easily but do follow the instructions. I bought several so the first one took longer - the main thing is to ensure that everything goes the right way up and the right way round as several parts could go either way and you don't want to take it apart and flip it once you realise - and you can't if you've glued!. In particular, ensure that the central support bar is horizontal and right under the base slats. If it's at an angle, you've got the footboard piece upside down. Use an electric drill to fix the base slats. Everything else by hand. It should all take less than an hour to assemble.
Note: This appears to be the same as another product under a different brand. I'd bought that one previously but it was out of stock so I bought this one instead and all parts seems to be identical. Search for B07Y5XTFC4 if this one is out of stock.
One thing I didn't like is that they use styrofoam/polystyrene in the packaging which can't be recycling. I'm sure it's the best and the bed arrived in perfect condition but I'd prefer card or something else.
It was time for a couple of big boy beds and these were exactly what we needed! The color matched perfectly with the existing espresso dressers we already had. There is just enough room for mommy and daddy to fall asleep with them and sneak out. Excellent quality, will buy from this company again.
After spending countless hours researching bunk beds for my twin toddlers, this brand stood far above the rest. The product itself deserves a full five stars and I would totally recommend it to anyone in the market! Its not too tall nor is it too short. Its extremely sturdy and assembly was not horrible. However, I am rating this so low as really dropped the ball with this product for me. Originally, I purchased the bed here on . It arrived 3 days earlier than expected which was nice. The box was intact and all seemed well. Upon opening the box, there was quite a bit of noticeable damage. Dents, chips and scratches. I was super frustrated and started the return process right away. But this wasnt your standard return. The box was quite large and weighed more than 100lbs. offers a home pick up return option. Great! 2 days later, UPS arrives with a label to retrieve the item. Excellent news- what could go wrong? 21 long days later, no refund. states they didnt receive the item back and are fighting me on it. Finally I had enough and reached out to UPS directly to find out what happened. They have confirmed delivery receipt indicating the bed was delivered to an location in Arizona 3 days after they picked it up! After a little more back and forth with , a customer service rep pushed my refund through on day 27. The bed still reflects as not received on my account. I purchased the same bed for less money through another vendor. The bed I purchased was slightly different from the product. It came with solid pine slats where the product had plywood and it was pure white where the product was slightly yellowing. I recommend the bed but recommend purchasing from another vendor.
Oh my but it was difficult to put together. I worked on it with a friend and it took us more than one day to the bed together. It was worth it , though., the mattresses I ordered for it were perfect too. Love the bed for it's look and also the price. Highly recommend it.

Nice beds
I love the space from the bottom of the bed to the floor, plenty of space to put storage underneath. Feels very well made
