I love the look of the bench itself. The cushion is not as white/gray as it shows in the photos; its definitely more of a beige and the fabric feels very plasticky. Not a fan of the cushion itself and already trying to decide if I can reupholster it or find a different cushion. My product had some damage to the wooden seat when I received it, so wasnt super happy with that, but I also didnt report it since the cushion covers it up.
Very easy to put together. It took maybe 15 minutes to assemble.
It came well wrapped and protected in the box. Each piece had its own wrapping to prevent scratches from pieces sliding against each other.
There were no missing pieces, although the hardware packages had the wrong letters on them (ie. Screws that were supposed to be labeled as B were labeled as D and what was to be labeled D was labeled as F and there was no F in the manual), not really a big deal.
Its a very sturdy feeling bench to sit on. Does not wobble on a level floor.
The only thing I would change is a thicker piece of wood for the bottom inside of the storage area. Its a little thin and flimsy.
Overall, good price for what you get and it looks great.
Looks more expensive than it was! It was easy to put together. We use it for our 3 kids shoes and put their school backpacks on top. So much tidier. One drawback - the bins dont fit shoes size mens 7 and up well. (slides/flip flops yes, but sneakers no) But the shelf does.

Easy instructions ( the picture for piece B and C are slightly incorrect on the step 1, but its easy to figure out). No dings or scratches. My one disapointmen was that I intended to use this without the cushion, but there are screwheads on the top of the bench under wear the cushion goes. If this is your intention, make sure you are okay with that.
This is really nice! We bought it to put at the foot of our bed both to help complete the look of our bedroom and to use as a place to sit when getting ready in the morning and such. It really does look great, its comfortable for what we need it for, the dog even likes to lay down on the cushion, and weve also been using it as a place to display some books. We really are just in love with this, definitely a good buy.
Excellent product. Weve had this bench for about 3 years, and it has really held up under lots of use near our front door. Even the baskets have stayed together. I thought those would have to be replaced within months. The color is quite true to the pictures and assembly was easy. I would recommend this bench.
