The bench arrived on time although tracking was unavailable. Assembly was interesting. As others have said, the holes dont match up and hardware was missing. The interior bottom is very thin. Im going to invest in a thin board to add sturdiness. The overall look is pleasant and fits well at the end of my king bed. The seat cushion does not adhere to the bench. It does slide around. I may add command strips. It does have a zipper so when the cushion flattens you can replace it. Nice feature. The storage area is fairly large and will hold most of my king linens. If you expect a top quality bench this is not it. It will serve a general purpose and looks more expensive than it is.
My husband was doing fine assembling them even without the label on the pieces. Then, he got to the last piece which is the door to the cabinet. The pre-drill holes do not correspond with the holes of the pivoting plate that was provided. We have to drill new holes.
It is super function and works well. The baskets, however do not slide in and out easily. My kids use it for their books, it in our reading nook, but theyll through them on the top of the baskets, instead of slide the baskets out to put them in. (I can always get other baskets)

Item was much smaller than anticipated. The padding on the seat is cheap. Not at all impressed.
