Bought this bed for my 17 year old son. He put it together himself in about 20 minutes. Bed seems solid and perfect for him. Paired with a Lucid 12 gel memory foam mattress and he says its comfortable and hes getting a great nights sleep. Only con is that its lower to the ground than we realized and not much room to store anything beneath the bed.
Great Value! Pretty awesome piece. I am picky when it comes to functionality. Figured the frame would be flimsy but it really is not at all. Only issue is I wish it was a little higher to store more stuff under the bed.
This is my third bed, and like all the others, this came well packaged and was super easy to put together -- even with just one person. really simplifies the process, and I appreciate that it even comes with a ratcheting allen key tool thing.
The only thing about this bed is that I dont think it was worth upgrading to the USB shelf. This is a newer feature, and while its kind of cool, my phone ends up slipping off the shelf often. Its a small shelf, so you can only put a phone and maybe a book or two on it.
So overall: definitely recommend the bed, but this particular model is up to you. I also own the standard version in a queen size and that one is just as good.
The product arrived with a scratch, so I called customer service to get a replacement of the headboard. Instead, I got a mew bed but for another model, which I kept and had to pay for someone to come and take out the assembled bed as I had to beds in my apartment. In the end, I was never able to get the bed I paid for.
I change my high bed into there low bed and now I have to throw all my furniture of bedroom because I found a bed bug on slats. I was living in this apartment for more than 5+ and never saw bed bug but after getting this bed for like 5 months my bedroom is attacked by bed bug. Its more than 3 weeks no one reply my email which they said will get response in 24-48 hrs!!!!
Customer service: I email back and forth for almost 3 working weeks for replacement and it went deaf as of now. So I give up and bought a new bed from somewhere else.

Came damaged. Have to repackage and send back this set that is close to 100 pounds for the carrier to pickup

Very easy to put together, but the item was damage. The headboard was cracked and the screw holes didnt match up.

I like the bed, the only issue is that it is lower that I was expecting. Too low for me but if you like it, it is a good bed.
