Took about a month for delivery. Was in process of moving and for a week and a half had no bed to sleep on. Bed is sturdy and looks decent but doesnt totally outweigh the frustration i had to go through. On top of that their customer service is pretty useless. Requested 3 times for a tracking number so that i can arrange myself to be there for delivery. How can they not provide me with one??? Emailed them 3 times just to get the tracking number!!! Even though the product works for me, i WOULD NOT order from them again. Not worth the hassle.
I love !!! I have bought two of their beds and love the ease of which they go together and they are the sturdiest beds I have ever bought. The only thing about this one is its very low to the ground! I think my cat can crawl under it and thats about it.
Bed looks exactly like picture. Really nice, however I did not expect it to be as low as it was. I did not want to use a box spring for this bed, but I will have to do that it can lift the bed mattress. It did come with some pretty large scratches on the headboard which I wasnt thrilled about, but itll have to do for now.
Ive had this for going on a year now. It was easy to assemble. Took me about an hour, if that. My only qualm is that its basically floor level. Maybe less than 6 inches off the ground. Didnt bother me at first but my mom insisted I get a bed base/box spring to raise it higher. So I did, and I like it better that way. The metal in the headboard is starting to creek a little. Its probably just a little loose which the instructions do warn can happen over time. Good thing I kept the little tool that tightens screws.
Bed frame came damaged dents in metal. (See photos) My son was so disappointed. Hes been looking forward to getting his grown up bed and frame. The frame is very low to the ground. Not like any other bed frame we have ever owned. Also the wood has a orange color stain.. I guess you get what you pay for?
It is a very strong structured frame , minimal noise when moving around in the bed , the only issue was it was delivered two weeks late which created some issues we had already received mattress and took out our old bed and had to sleep on the floor - however the reframe is perfect
Looks nice! However out of the 6 front frame bolts 4 striped the frame. With little force. The bed does set a lot lower than I thought and Im 6,4 so itll be a struggle at first but I can deal with it. The color is a lot darker in person then you might think. Total time was 37min to put together by myself. Had for 3 days and so far it holds my weight Im 320 so it holds and has no sounds when I move.
I love the look of the bed, I only wish it was sturdier. If you have it up against a wall/walls, it wont wobble very much. All in all, I really like this purchase.

Very low to the ground!
This was much lower than we expected. Additionally, the headboard arrived with a huge dent in it.
Cost effective bed for first timer
It is an okay bed. Squeaky too often.
