Instructions were not clear at all. Ended up throwing them away and just assembled it without. Very sturdy. Head board didnt fit and ended up hammering one side in so it would fit. All easy fixes. But a down side is that my wooden foot board has 2 big spots that look like there was no stain added.
This works perfectly for our guest bedroom. We got a new bed and keep the box spring in our room, so were using this with just the old mattress. It ended up being the perfect height for young kids and older guests. You always take a chance with wood imperfections, but we got lucky. The one thing we were concerned with was stubbing toes on the corners of the metal frame at the base board. So far, no accidents.
I really wanted to get this bed 5 stars, but I cant. One, this bed is super low. I love how it looks, but you are basically rolling out of bed on to the floor. It does give it a modern look, but just a little too low. Secondly, our king mattress always shifts. Most bed frames have bars to keep a mattress in place. This bed frame does not. Weekly we have to slide our bed because the mattress shifts. That is rather frustrating. Overall I love the look of the bed, but I would not buy again for a master. This is great for a guest bedif you guest like to roll into the floor.

I purchased a twin sized frame. The frame is TINY. The bed fits on it fine its just much smaller than I expected. It sits very low to the floor, Id say if you wanted to skip getting a toddler bed and buy a twin bed instead this would be a great choice. Unfortunately, with the height its almost impossible to find night tables or any other accessories that work with it because they all look GIANT in comparison.
Moving on, the assembly was incredibly easy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bed looks exactly as pictured. Its feels pretty sturdy also. My one other issue is that it doesnt even have a small lip to keep the mattress in place. It does have some sticky strips on it but they dont work well so my sons mattress is always sliding around the frame.
This is the first product that arrived damaged for me. Its in a spot that isnt visable with pillows set up, but was still a bummer to unbox and see it chipped.
That aside, this is a very sturdy, beautiful bed. Just like the others weve purchased from this brand.
Looks exacttly like the picture, took 2 of us about 45 minutes to put it all together. Pretty Solid constructions. Not a lot of lift from the floor, so it can be hard to find bins to fit under the bed.
This is a great bedframe, very stylish and sturdy.
The assembly instructions are very straight forward.
One slight issue I have with the bedframe: the footboard metal bar hits my feet when I (65) lay flat.
