I love the look and the sturdiness of this bed but its way to low. If you add a boxspring, it has to be a short one 7 and with the mattress on top, you would cover most of the headboard. This is a good option for someone who is looking for a super low bed and add a thick mattress 14-15 and not box spring. That would be the only way of getting the right look
Packaging 5/5- They double box the important bits so it can be handled roughly in the mail and still arrive scratch free.
Accuracy to Advertisement 2/5- The photos shown are way darker than the actual product. They real product is much more red than pictures.
Quality 3/5- They put a lot of small quality of life things in the design. Velcro slats so once you get them down they wont slide. Light duty 2 sided tape so once you place your mattress you wont have to worry about the mattress sliding off the slats.
Assembly 5/5- By far the easiest bed frame Ive put together. Instructions are clear and simple. Its designed in a way they 1 person could assemble it. It took me about 30 minutes to unbox, assemble, and clean up. Bonus points for including a hex key and a hex wrench! Made assembly that much easier.
Negatives
1. There are a lot of metal on metal joints that will likely lead to squeaking and will likely need to be tightened down occasionally. (So keep that hex wrench handy)
2. The color of the wood is a lot more red than pictured. For me, this was disappointing because I bought this so it would match my TV stand.
3. The frame is very low to the ground, leaving no practical storage space. Sure, you could fit a few flat things under it, but not much else.
Over all this is a great bed frame. A lot of thought when into its design and look. If the color would have darker as shown in the pictures, I would give it a 5/5 stars, but for me, the color wasnt what I wanted.
Head board and foot board are nothing like what is advertised. You can see where the pieces are glued together from a distance and it was a very red wood color. Looks much cheaper in person. I will probably end up painting those pieces a different color the metal frame is fine.
I ordered the Queen size bed frame
PROs:
- fits just right
- for the price, its looks nice
- does not creak (I have carpeted flooring so that may also explain it)
- feels solid
- not that expensive compare to other platform beds
CONs:
- paint chips easily
- some screw holes doesnt match outright (easily remedied though)
- only about 4 under bed space which is rather disappointing. I cant seem to find large under bed storage bin thats only about 4 tall.

My only comment is that the color of the wood panel that makes up the headboard and footboard is much more reddish orange that it shows in the photo. I was hoping for a more weathered brown-gray as it seems to appear in the images of the assembled bed online.

The bed is Low Profile. I suggest they put that as a title to this bed. I didnt realize how low to the floor this bed is without a box spring. (my bad for not reading the description close enough)
It came with a couple dents but overall I really like it. Nice color and design. Not too difficult to assemble. Very little space underneath the bed, which I suppose is bad news for any big-boned monsters who wanted to dwell there.
We love our new bed, frame and all. Its just so much lower than we are used to. Its almost like we are doing a squat every time we get out. It doesnt really take away from the comfortableness of the bed, or the way it looks, its just odd for people in their middle ages.

Crazy easy to assemble! Even came w/ a mini ratchet! Looks great. Slightly damaged from shipping but not a huge deal.
