So the only reason i gave this a 4 star is because i constantly hitting my foot or braising myself when i walk pass the edge. i tried child proofing it wouldnt stay long. But other than that, its very easy to assemble and ver durable and sturdy. Ive had this for about 5 months now and still holding up perfectly.
It was super easy to put together with me and my partner- Im not sure I would recommend doing it alone if possible. Its a light weight frame but does hold a lot of weight. Weve had three not so light people sitting on it with no issue at all. The space underneath is great for storage.
The only downside Ive noticed is that I have had a few of the support slats fall down- a few dont seem to be super fixed in but it hasnt really affected anything when we leave them out and is easy enough to pop back in when we feel like moving the mattress.
One end of the frame looks as if its missing a bar, but theres no space for one. Due to this, my mattress sinks down in one corner. Its not a deal-breaker, but if I could return this frame, I would, but Ive thrown out the box.
Extremely sturdy and in an apartment with paper thin walls, privacy is something rarely experienced. This bed doesnt move around, make noise or shift, no matter what you are using your bed for. Plus the under bed storage capacity is amazing.
