Product broke within a month. The leg broke off after moving the futon once. Cannot be fixed because it is a welded piece.
Dont have the information to get the piece to fix it. Very difficult to work with.
Not a bad deal for the price. Not the best quality faux leather, but its fine. This is a temporary solution for me until I find what I really want for living room furniture. Nice that it has Velcro to hold the sections together, but its not very strong.
However, there was a small tear in the chase lounger right out of the box when I opened it this morning. Kind of a bummer. Maybe will reach out after reading this and we can find a way to fix it.
Was going to buy the same type of chair from a high end home decor store that was 4x the price, this just chair is just as great for a fraction of the price! Highly recommend!! High quality leather, super comfortable and easy to assemble. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment!
The front leg fell with very very light use I suggest saving another 100 and getting something better that will last, I contacted company hopefully they will replace the piece yet they are asking for the part number as if I kept the manual they cant look up the part just stay away my only advice
Bought this for my office as a guest sleeping option. Was super easy to assemble took less than 10 minutes. Have had no complaints from guests who have slept on it. Holding up nicely!!
