For the cost, its a good deal. Hard when sitting, but necessary for the bed. We add a trifold memory foam mattress when using as a bed. Great addition. Width is great. Converting from chair to bed is simple. I would recommend this piece of furniture to most buyers, depending on the usage and/or abuse. Cant expect a super durable product for that price.
It arrived FAST. 2 days early actually which was nice. One box had some damage but the product seemed ok. Assembly should have been easy. Just a handful of hex bolts with allen wrench included. Easy peasy for someone like me who has extensive experience putting together flat pack furniture. However the assembly was not easy for me. The threaded inserts where the bolts get screwed into were off by 1/16 making it really difficult to get all the bolts lined up. Before you ask, NO, no I did not tighten some of the bolts down hard before threading them all in. I was a good boy and tried to get them all threaded in part way before tightening. The problem was that either the insects were off by 1/16 or the metal frame was off byb1/16. Either way it was a wrestling match, and I ultimately won the battle. I am a six foot tall, 225 lb guy and I had to put all of my muscle and weight pressing down on the corner to get 3 of the bolts in. So make sure you are prepared for a potential battle. Other reviewers said that assembly was easy, so maybe I just got a bad unit.
One minor annoyance is that the bolts and washers come coated in a lubricant/oil. Its probably to prevent the hardware from oxidizing, but it sucks to get greasy hands and then be expected to put your oily hands on your brand new upholstery.
When in chair mode the seat is deeeeeeeep. Its ok I guess, but not super comfy for regular sitting. For my purposes it will be fine because it will go in my kids room and my toddler and I plan to curl up for bedtime stories on this chair. There is enough room on the seat for both of us, and she can pull her legs up and get cozy.
Lastly, I wish the ratcheting back has three settings, but I really wish it had one more that is a bit closer to vertical. Because the seat is sooooo deeeeeeeep the angled back feels really far back.
When in chase lounge mode this seems pretty great. Good for reading and relaxing.
I will have to get back to you about bed mode because I havent slept on it yet. I expect it will be pretty good. especially compared to sleeping on the floor. As I mentioned above, I got this for my toddlers room, and the bed mode will be a massive upgrade from me sleeping on the floor next to her crib on those challenging nights when thunder, lightning, fireworks, etc make her too scared to sleep in her room alone.

Because I do have a small office it takes up a lot of space once pulled out in to a seat or bed. So keep this in mind if your area is small.
Exactly what I needed when my mom comes to visit. Cushions are on the extra firm side, but got a topper padded mattress cover to go on top when used. Hopefully it will soften it enough. I (69 year old woman) got it put together by myself except the final assembly of the last metal frame piece. Had to call in the husband. Very pleased with the look in my living room. Only problem, was missing smaller screws entirely. The seller was very gracious to help. But I found the screws the 3rd hardware store I went. One hardware store gave me way too small screws because the guy helping had no clue what he was doing. The screws I had to get were a tiny bit shorter than what the size was. Metric stuff I think. Anyway, alls well and I love the look of the chair! Thank you seller customer support!

We looked into a Murphy bed but really glad we went with this. Its solidly put together which should allow it to easily pass the test of time and be a durable addition.

The negatives: 2 bolt holes were drilled in the wrong place on the arms and the wheels were labeled wrong in the instructions.

This seems like a pretty sturdy product and is easy to fold out. While very firm, it is decently comfortable. However, unfortunately this product came damaged with multiple rips. There is also a small circular stain on the inside once it is unfolded. The color is also not as advertisedit looks like a light sky blue, but it is more of a denim blue (about the color of a pair of medium wash jeans). Im disappointed because for this price I would have expected better quality control.
Love this chair! Its beautiful and modern. Also firm, but very comfy and roomy. Love how its multifunctional since we fulltime RV. It has held up very well to pets, even though it is quite a hair magnet, but what isnt? The only issue we had was one of the legs is crooked. The predrilled hole for the led screw wasnt straight. My hopes are that itll hold up for the long run. So far so good!

Very Comfortable, Functional and Sturdy
