Its a decent chair. Some holes for the screws didnt align but we figured out a way to fix it. Not that comfortable but still better than many chairs listed in similar price range.
UPDATE: We finally found the hardware in a zipper portion of the cushions along with a small throw pillow. My son/in/law assemb!ed the chair within an hour. The chair is everything we had hoped. I would very much recommend this product.
All three boxes arrived today. Furniture looked beautiful, but none of the screws, washers, casters, or legs to chair were included in any of the boxes! How are suppose to assemble it Very disappointed. Stuck with three large boxes in my family room!
The thing with chair/beds is that beds need to be firm to be comfortable, but chairs need to be soft to be comfortable. This chair is firm, but not hard. Its nice and wide / reminds me of a chair/and/a/half. I like it a lot. I slept in it 2/3 nights and it was very comfortable. I have it in my guest bedroom with a twin bed so two people can use the room or just one with a chair. I kind of want another for my living room because you can also use it as a chaise lounge! Three uses is fantastic!
It is a nice looking piece of furniture but!! There were no instructions. Unzipped the cushion and got out the hardware and there was two pieces of paper also. But all the two pieces said was parts list. So husband was not to pleased. So he is trying to put it together now without instructions. Update. Emailed them and they sent instructions. A little to late since husband assembled it already but at least they replied to my email. The chair looks really nice and easy to recline and easy to make into bed
Arrives in 3 boxes / each one easy for me (an average small woman) to carry. Assembly was easy to do by myself and the end result is lovely. The foam on the seat, back and bed/extension is very firm. (If you like the over/stuffed plush feel, you may not like this.) But is it perfect to my taste. The cushion on arms is a little thin. The fabric is not as heavy as it appears in the photo. But it is well made and coloration is even. (I applied Scotch Guard to waterproof)
One more thing / all the chair parts are made of sturdy, angle/iron. The bed extension rolls quietly, smooth and straight. Im really impressed! Feel like I got great value for the money.

I had purchased this for my office space and it works great. The items seemed missing at first but after emailing the seller, the issue was resolved. The seller responds very quickly. The nuts and bolts of the furniture was in the zip behide the main cushion :/P It is comfortable and serves the purpose for me! Good Buy! Buyers it is good to know that the shipping is paid by the buyer if they choose not to keep the furniture.
I love this chair. I did have problems at first. It arrived early but 2 of the 3 parts were dark grey and I ordered the light grey. I contacted the company and they immediately sent the correct piece which arrived on my birthday which was still before originally expected! The chair is beautiful, easy to open and close and comfortable. This could have been a bad experience but it turned out great!
