We ordered two of these chairs and plan to use for guests. So far, they seem sturdy. The seating is very firm but as a bed the firmness works. Im a bit concerned about how the material attaches at the bottom. That takes away from the overall look of the chair for me. Hence the four stars. If that feature was tailored better, I would have gone for a five star review. Priced in the middle compared to others we considered so we might be getting what we paid for. All in all we are happy with them. Ill do a follow/up after weve had them for a bit.
Update: Weve had these a little over a year one is not working. The back wont stay up. Weve only laid the back down a handful of times. Not thrilled at all about this.
I ordered this for my home office so I have a place to lounge around when I need a break. Like the other reviews mentioned, this is a firm chair and not the kind that you would sink in. The assembly took less than an hour and the mechanism is pretty solid. I like that its functional and also stylish.
LOVE the chair, however same problem as ajones of 10.2020. We also had no issues after putting it together. Sat in it the afternoon we put it together. That evening the recline mechanism failed, the back wont stay up, only lays flat. Have issued a problem request via . Hopefully, well have the same results as ajones, as we really love the chair.

Fabric is a lovely color, but it is thin and doesnt seem durable for frequent use. I love the concept, and with some small improvements to enhance the durability Id consider purchasing another one or two.
Bought two (2) of these seats for our new home, placed in our Guest Room. Guests have already utilized the sleeper part of the seat. Easy to assemble, easy to open into a lounge chair / sleeper and very easy to put back in place as a seat. Highly recommended.
This item comes right out of the box ready to use! Love that! It is perfect if you dont have a lot of space like myself but need a nice comfortable bed. The quality is great!
Love the look, capability, fabric. Instructions a little hard to understand so the video online helps a lot. Previous reviews are correct about being very firm but this is an office chair so the modern and sturdy look that provides the capability of a sleeper overrides comfort. Its not meant to be a permanent sleeper and the cushions wont looked sleeper in or sagging. Fabric nice as well. For price and capabilities I recommend. Fairly easy to assemble but here are so efforts required with understanding assembly. Can be assembled with one person. Happy with product so far. But havent used it much. daughter coming soon to spend weekend. Will see how it works then!
I wanted an attractive twin sofa bed with ARMS for my small living room. I also wanted the head portion to be where the bed folds, NOT fold in the middle of ones back!! This product fits my needs perfectly. I keep it fully extended in low upright position, and use the huge tufted pillow supplied under my knees, as I enjoy reclining and take pressure off my back. I have a small squishable cat bed under the extended sofa. This is great and out of the way. The sofa is hard and not cushy at all. I find this not a problem as I will buy a 3 thick cot pad. The cot pad is 28 wide and fits perfectly across the sofa bed. (Twin size pad is too wide) The arms are nicely padded, and I have pretty velvet rectangle toss pillows on the inside of each arm to fill the space before the arms. I weigh 160 lbs., I would not want anyone over say 200 lbs. on it, and it is not for kids to be jumping into or on it! I want it to last . It is TOTALLY what I wanted and am very pleased with it!! Oh yeah, comes in 3 boxes. 1 box came and 2 arrived within a week from the first one. Look for the legs and hardware in the black zippered compartment! !

Buy a 3 thick cot pad! Cot pad is 28 wide. Fits perfectly! Dark grey color is nice.
