The product is shown and described as having a side storage pocket, it doesnt. Not sure if mine was the only one with this missing feature. The round pillow received also has a white/ish, sticky substance about five inches wide across the entire length of it. I will be requesting a replacement pillow. I wish they would have offered all colors at the same price. I went with the light brown since it was 44 less. Having said that, my son who is 6 ft/240 lbs slept on it and absolutely loves it. The padding is very firm and comfortable. I was extremely happy with this aspect since I didnt want soft padding that wouldnt last or feel like a normal uncomfortable pull out sofa sleeper mattress. As long as company replaces what is wrong/defective with product, I would recommend.
Its a stylish, modern, and comfortable chair thats super easy to assemble and perfect for a guest room as it converts into a small bed. Customer service answered quick and very helpful. Highly recommend the chair! We love it.
This is exactly what I was so looking for. Something sturdy firm but also a space saver! The plus is its in my favorite color! Seating is very firm which is what I was looking for! The pullout function for the bed is very easy, I have no problems. It actually fits 2 people comfortably LOL. I just love this chair/bed.
This gets shipped in 3 boxes and they arrived on different days. Initially seemed strange, but everything arrived just fine. The final product looks great, but it was exhausting getting it there. Many of the holes didnt line up, and it took a lot of strength to get it to the end result. Its definitely a 2 person job, and it requires someone with a little brawn. Also, we originally thought they forgot to send us the screws and legs, but they were hiding in the cushion. I just had a hunch to unzip it, which if I hadnt, Im not sure we would have ever found them. Lol! It is a bit firm (definitely not soft), but that doesnt bother us. In our opinion, its a bit expensive for the amount of work it needs in order to put it together, but we are still happy with our purchase as it looks great in the room.
I needed a sleeper, ottoman combination and something small that hides away when not in use. I found this one, really cool ability to transform into an ottoman, chair, and bed and still be small enough to be out of the way. I was not dissapointed, this one is very fine quality. The mechanics and the fabric is very nice quality. Very heavy duty, and very comfortable too. Easily changes from one to the other, and light enough to pick up and move into the corner. This one is hard to explain with just pics, where I did a video to show how nice this one really is. The assembly was easy, there was no assembly, it was ready to go right out of the box. No cons, this one is really nice, where I am very happy with the purchase.
This product delivers what it claims. I bought this to go in a family members room bc they have Alzheimers and one of us has to be in the room overnight.
/It was relatively easy to put together (you need two people to align/attach the seat cushion to the arms).
/You need to know that the instructions are hidden in the zipped area on the back of one of the panels. Also,
its hard to see which way the wheels go on bc the pix are so small / and they are labeled in a strange way).
/Looks great and hope it will hold up.

This chair is a perfect addition to our basement playroom. It looks beautiful and was really easy to put together. The chair is perfect for the little kids to watch movies. While the chair is not very cushiony, it does have a nice recline to it which adds to the comfort. The color is really bright and nice. The kids love to jump on it and I feel that its sturdiness will stand the test of time.
