Assembly was easy, just me, its pretty darn sturdy I gotta say. It makes some noise but not more than I would expect, and not a loud. I would suggest maybe re-tighten the bolts and such maybe a couple weeks after initial setup- kind of a good idea for anything like this. I have a heavy queen mattress. that might help with the sturdiness for me, the velcro STICKS. Saw some reviews that said otherwise, they may have made upgrades to them but its good.

Not the color I thought it was
I love the bed so far! But I thought it was black and its actually Gray. I was going for a black bed aesthetic with white bed sheets.
Cheap metal and basic
Hate all of the seams of very cheap metal when you put it together. No lip on base so mattress will slide around/off the edge

Slats keep falling
The slats under the mattress keep going down in the middle of the night when I am sleeping. Wake up very sore
