Product is not sturdy nor do all the pieces fit properly. Everything also, should have been color cordinated to make instructions easier and package separately for much smoother organization factor. Another thing that pissed me off was that there was white marks over the frame as if it had been scraped up and dropped waaay too many times. This product will be getting returned.
Somebody needs to do a quality control for this item...
My original came without the hardware. Customer service was fantastic and instead of a replacement I received a partial refund and ordered the hardware on after doing some research on Google.
The frame is easy to build and sturdy unless you have a jumping 5 yo!
I ordered the Chita 10 mattress and its softer but really comfy and fills into the space between the slats. So I wouldnt recommend this frame unless your memory foam mattress is extra thick and more firm.
The height is perfect and I will be ordering extra slats because its just too much work to take apart and return or dispose of with a replacement. I am learning to value my time and energy too and to fix what I can with the least amount of resistance!
Well made, very sturdy and seems like it will last forever. Just needs better directions for connecting the top of the headboard and footboard as these clamps are not aligned well.
Take your time and use something like a tiny screwdriver to align the screw holes, then it will work. Once connected, it is awesome.
My only issue was one of the legs in the bottom middle of the frame didnt have a spot to screw into but had the screws and leg. Her Dad had to make a whole so it would be sturdy for our daughter. That was the only disappointment.
The frame went together very easily! I was able to do away with my box spring, and the bed is lower. One thing you should be aware of is the frame on the bottom...you will have to be careful to not stub your toe! Yikes! Anyway, I think it makes it a sturdier frame than just legs.
I wanted a mat black this was a a shiny speckled charcoal over black color the design was not aa picture showed very dissapointed the only reason im not returning is because of the hassle and my girls had been waiting for their beds to arrive for a while didnt want to go through the whole process of buying another

Functional But Not For Soft Memory Foam Mattress
