We already had the loft bed and needed a bed frame for underneath. I ordered this bed frame, it fit the bill great - simple design, low footboard, platform, great price (I got it for $120)!! In the description it said the bed is white. Our loft bed is an off white so I was expecting to paint the new bed frame but its color is more of an off white and it matched our existing bedroom furniture perfectly! It was very easy to put together. The only negative thing is I wish it had more slats so the spacing would be tighter for better support for the foam mattress. I plan to pick up some inexpensive furring strips to add more slats. An easy fix.
Very easy to assemble. But the product itself was very poorly painted. Im keeping it because I decided to glitter paint it for my 6 year old. But I would definitely not purchase again. Very unsatisfied with the quality of this bed frame.
I got the box open, but everything inside (thank you to my UPS driver! You were awesome). Instructions are simple pictures, unfortunately I am having a hard time with them- getting the way to place the pieces correct, which screws. I could do with better labeling and better indication of which side is up, front, back, whatever. I dont want to have to decipher hieroglyphics at this point, yknow?
Anyway, seems sturdy and Im sure Ill loveee it!! if I ever get it together- my room smells nice for the pine, anyway
OK, so... my roommate- who is not challenged likeee me when it comes to these things (lmao at myself) put this together in no time and I got to enjoy the assembled product, I can say that I absolutely loveee it!! and PLEASE forgive my previous opinion, I can only defend myself by explaining that I have chemo damage and visual directions are hard for me Great product and it smells loveeely in my apartment, too!

however- for those with things going on likeee I do, who dont have someone handy- it can be done, just dont expect too much, too soon. You may get frustrated if visual is an issue in translating these kind of instructions (in your head)- just keep it in mind.
Really likeee the bed, now Plan to stain it soon. Very sturdy, great platform for my 10 memory foam/gel hybrid mattress. Would recommend

I did modify the frame to make it a day bed/ sofa by adding additional lumber to create a back rest on the long side and incorporate the headboard pieces into this design.I also took remaining headboard pieces to create legs supporting the frame in the middle and glued most pieces together as well as used the included hardware. These modifications would not be needed for using this as a twin bed platform.
loveee this bed, but it doesnt come with great instructions. To save someone else the headache: the bolts with the flat ends are the ones that go in the locking mechanisms (holding the legs of the bed to the side rails).
Other than that - loveee this bed. The frame is very solid. All of the parts fit perfectly together. I checked it with a level when I finished putting it together, and it is spot on. The wood is well sanded and finished and has such a natural beauty. It is a well made, high quality product. Even without a proper instruction guide, 5 stars.

Less than 5 months old and cracked. Would not buy. Now I have to go buy a new bed frame.

This bed frame is extremely cheep and not sturdy. If you weigh more than a 7 year old you dont want this.
