This was a job putting together as everyone warned. Directions kinda stunk and no one seems to use god pics anymore.
As many have also said, wherever you place this bed-it stays, theres no moving it without compromiszing the integrity.
I plan on getting an additional piece of wood, probably floor sheeting to lay over the wood slats being, even with the right size mattress, you can look right down to the inside of the top drawers and stuff always seems to fall in them!
Lastly, the drawers need small pulls i think. You can open them but its awkward without pulls or anything sticking out much. Do not put anything heavy in drawers. just clothes Id buy again if on sale!
The bed was easy to set up although it does take some time. But it is well constructed and a great buy in my opinion. The drawers are nice and smooth and seem like they will hold up for a while unlike my previous bed. The only down side for me was the middle boards that the mattress sits on. I just wish they were secured in place a little better. But like I said overall its a great bed and a great buy and not enough to drop it to 4 stars. I dont think you regret the purchase. I didnt!
Love this bed! Took such a long time to find somthing that goes right to the floor, has plenty of drawers, and the colour I want this fits the bill! Drawers roll well and everything stays square without extra support.
One downfall was the slats are really rough. I just bought a new mattress as well and didnt feel good about putting it on something so rough, so I bought rubber shelf liner, cut it into strips, then wrapped and stapled them onto the slats - problem solved! The other thing I didnt like, but expected, was that most of the bed touches the floor and I was a bit nervous for the hardwood but foam meant for under chair legs was perfect!
Other than those 2 small additions, this bed is wonderful! I wouldnt change it for anything
The instructions were very hard to understand. The pieces werent labeled but the instructions made it seem like they were. Took a very long time to put together. Would not recommend doing this yourself.

Sturdy, easy to assemble, and beautiful. Didnt have any of the issues others were complaining about and I bought mine used. Honestly Ill buy it again if I ever move and dont want to drag my current one with me.

There was one piece that had a minor chip, but it was not a piece that would be visible, so it wasnt a big deal. We had no trouble with holes aligning except for one metal piece that helps support the bed. But we got it figured out.
I was concerned by other reviews about it not being very stable once put together and that the drawer bottoms would be flimsy. The frame is actually very stable with ample support screws holding everything together. The drawer bottoms do seem mildly flimsy, but they have been able to sustain clothes so far without warping. If they do start to warp, Ill just replace them with plywood or something. The drawers were easy to put together and everything lined up well. All the drawers shut exactly as they are supposed to. We bought the matching headboard. We have a taller mattress (8/9in) so the top of our bed comes up to the bottom shelf. Great storage
I recommend spending a little money on 1 felt strips and putting felt on all the pieces that touch the floor, especially if you have hard wood. We also put foam in between the bed frame and the headboard to make sure they didnt hit one another in daily use

Hard to understand assembly instructions
