I read some of the reviews before writing mine. The only poor feature I agree with is about the bed slats. But, that is an easy fix. We screwed them in place. I only had to skip ahead once in the directions to puzzle out a step. The materials are exactly what I expected. It is a stress free two person job. There are a lot of screws and fasteners, but that ended up being a good thing because this bed is very sturdy. The two reasons I purchased this bed frame were 1.) I wanted a lower profile bed and 2.) I always need more storage. This bed looks nice, even though the bedding covers most of its looks, and is practical. The queen mattress fit snugly inside the frame with next to no gap, which was also something I was looking for. My bed was also late, but that was due to a big winters storm in the pacific northwest, so I am not holding that against them. Great bed, great price and easy 2 person assembly. Just remember to grab some screws and screw the slats in place.
The slats that come with the bed are too short. We constantly have to lift up the mattress and fix the ones that have popped out. Some have even broken now after only using the bed for 3 months. Very disappointed.

First, I worked at a furniture store for over 2 years. I assembly and delivered many kids beds of a variety of brands. This platform bed came with all pieces and nothing was missing. The package was well taking care. Assembly was easy took 1 hour to assemble 2 of them. Maybe because I have experience. The Slats are better then you get with most beds. The drawers are standard for the lower end furniture. People complaining about cheap bottoms must put 20lbs pants in them lol. My kids are 9 and 10 and it works well for them. 5 months and holding up great. This same bed from Ashley furniture would be 5 or 6 hundred

We reinforced the nails and screwed in the slats so they didnt wobble around using brackets. It made an enormous difference in stability. With a few adjustments this is a very nice affordable bed frame.
Exactly what we expected. Assembly took about 3hours with 2 of us working on it. There are no extras of most of the screws so do not misplace. Bed seems strudy and drawers work great! Shipping took a week even though it was prime.
It was time-consuming as all DIY products but once we organized the supplies and tools and put them in place we were able to put it together in 45 min. Prep time 20 min. I love the style and color in our bedroom.
Dont be scared of the negative reviews. I have had this product for a few months now with no problems whatsoever, not even a minor scratch. I imagine people with problems either a) assembled it incorrectly, putting strain on the boards, or b) are giving it way too much wear and tear.
It looks just like the photo. Assembly took a while but it was well worth it. I definitely recommend.
