You will need to be patient with assembly. took me 3hrs. Put the frame together one night. did the drawers the next morning. With box spring this does sit up high. Great for just the mattress. Nice drawers. Engineered properly. Has real wood for the sides of the drawers. would recommend highly.
This is an awesome bed and the storage within the drawers is way more than I anticipated. The only thing I would change is having secure wood slates because they move easily so my husband had to secure them.
Exactly what we expected for a bed that has drawers under it. Obviously the extra storage is great. I do recommend some additional securing of the running boards as they can fall out of the slot fairly easily. Some L-brackets and screws can easily be used to better secure them in place if you so choose.
Got it in on time. No issues with delivery. Instructions are good not great. Make sure you read them carefully and pay attention to pictures. Drawers fit perfectly against the frame with the exception of one, but not terribly out of alignment. . All in all good quality for the price.
Satisfied with the bed. Assembly went well except for one fastener bolt which was stripped. Fortunately I had a similar bolt from another project which I adapted and used successfully. Without this there would have been a problem. Suggest that the manufacturer add a few extra bolts and screws at the cost of a few pennies. This could save some grief for others who might have the same experience.
Though there were a LOT of parts, no extra pieces (faulty screw meant I had to go to a hardware store to get a replacement), and it took a LOT of time the end result is solid and beautiful! Absolutely no regrets!
