I liked how simple it was to put together. Do not like the flimsy particle board between the front and back of the bed, it came apart tightening the screws but not enough to ruin anything, but close. The drawers are nice and solid. The bed has a nice look to it. The packaging was manageable. Nothing was scratched.
I like all the storage. Sad that one of the side supports is peeling and a few drawers are scratched.
*After only 6 months one of the sides couldnt take the mattress when more than 1 person sat on it and broke off. Id say having a sturdy box spring is a must.
Im a 15 y/o girl and I built this bed with no help it was actually really easy and only took a few hours. I did have one problem while screwing in one of the screws.. the wood broke a little bit but that was the only problem. I highly recommend this bed though it is low to the ground.

Hes so happy and loves his new comfy mattress (cant blame him cause I do too lol) its shorter than I expected but the height is actually perfect for him and for me if I want to sit on the edge and read to him or something. Very happy with this purchase!!!! Instructions werent too difficult to follow. Maybe slightly confusing but not hard.
bed is great, easy to build as well as the drawers, however the drawers are wonky. they dont close properly or they get stuck easily. weve learned to play with them to make them close etc but if you stare at it too long you can see that one side doesnt close as it should
All particle board construction. Dont over-tighten connecting hardware or it will break particle board. Good fit-up easy assembly. Looks great. I glued and reinforced drawer bottoms. Wood slats that support mattress are rough lumber.
Bed was simple enough to put together myself in about 2 hours, however the boards to support the mattress were about 4 inches too long and I had to use a saw to shorten them otherwise they were unusable. The frame itself is very sturdy. The drawers are a bit difficult to open from the top as they are rounded and dont have anywhere to grip. Best to open from bottom side of drawer where there is a slight indent to grasp. This makes it fairly difficult for my toddler to open the drawers to get his clothes out which is both good and bad.
When I had saw this I thought to draws were as long as the bed is wide. but there is a lot of space that is unused under this bed. Other than that this bed is pretty cool.
The bed frame with the drawers is great. Took about 3 hours to assemble by my self. The instruction were good. It seem overall fairly sturdy. A couple of improvements would be better hand holds on the top of the drawers. As it stand the hand holds seem to be positioned on the bottom of the drawer fronts and for a storage bed frame that is not a very good position as I usually grab the top of the drawer front to open the drawer. Another improvement is the slats that from the length of the frame which the mattress sits on couple be about 1/2 inch longer. They would stay in the metal holder bars better. One last improvement is the metal holder bars. DO something the improve the manner in which the slats are separated as the indents are not very effective in keeping the slats separated equally, in other words do something the keep the slats from moving side to side. Other than that I love it. To anyone buying this I would get some plywood to put on top of the slats in order to provide a sturdier surface for your mattress, which is what I did and just screwed in down on top of the slats.
