After using this on our first flight, we picked up the suitcase off of the belt and the handle snapped right away. I contacted the company as soon as getting home and they immediately rectified the situation. Outstanding customer service.
This suitcase was built tough and moves very well. Its capacity was good for about 1/4 days worth of travel, or more depending on how you pack. It has big enough pockets to carry many things for your travel needs. The lock for the zippers works well. Its good enough to carry about 4 days worth of clothes and a PS4 with all the accessories and that was at max capacity.
We bought this for our daughter for a missions trip. She loved it! Not only did it meet the size specifications of the airline, but she was able to easily fit a weeks worth of clothing (2 outfits per day), shoes, etc.
She also loved that she could extend the handle and roll it versus having to carry it. It is sturdy and has held up well. A quality product for an affordable price!
Edit added on november 2021: I used it flying aloft during the pandemic and it held up great through all the trips as the luggage people are not easy on your stuff at all and it still looks in perfect condition. My sister has also taken it on a few trips and loved it. Its so so spacious! It passes the delta flying regulations its not too big that was a concern of mine but it was fine! I packed a month worth of clothes In it on one of my last flights to WV last year and had multiple pair of shoes too and it still didnt weigh too much. You will not regret it, it really is a great suitcase!

I bought two of the blue 28 suitcases. I searched for several suitcases online, but this company seemed to have the best return policy. When I received the suitcases, they were in great condition. There were no cracks nor scratches. Of course, there are no pockets on the outside. However, the interior has the standard mesh pockets. I measured the suitcases, and they were exactly the size stated. The suitcases are very light. I havent used the suitcases yet, but they seem like theyll be able to do the job.
The suitcase is very lightweight, yet appears to be strong. Very well made. The low weight allows more clothing and items to be packed, while staying under airline weight restrictions.

Ordered teal (left) and the charcoal color (right). The teal is super subtle but very smooth looking. The charcoal is pretty cool with some texture. These were both an open box deal and very very worth it. Thank you!
These look good, maybe not very strong but so far they held. I traveled with them only twice. Be sure not to rest it on a hard floor because they can easily be scratched.
