There is a reason why the warranty is only 2 years. my handle part broke recently and ive only used it several times. I would usually match to 45lbs when i travel, so i dont think the stuff that i put in is the issue. But i used it well until it broke.
UPDATE: Customer service has gotten back in touch with me and is replacing the item. Much happier and would buy from them again in the future. Have updated to 5 star to reflect the change. Suitcase is definitely lightweight and easy to move around.
Bought this suitcase because it has good reviews for being lightweight and good customer service. It is lightweight but one of the zippers broke the first use. I contacted customer service and they said a return will take awhile to process so would I accept 30. Thats not much for a suitcase that cost me 140. I asked how long a return would take and the only response was to offer me 40. So customer service is fast to respond but has so far proven to be entirely unhelpful. Cant use their locking mechanism or ANY locking mechanism now with only 1 zipper. To replace the zipper would probably cost me about that much. And after asking multiple times after return the 40 is all Im being offered so apparently cant even return.
Pay more money to get something better or make sure to check it closely before the return period closes.
Much closer to a nice gray than anything else. Other than that the case is great for the price. Fast delivery. Nicely built semi/soft shell with a nice texture. Smooth handle and wheel operation. Very spacious / intuitive compartments. Highly recommend!

Overall good! But a little cheap and thin feeling.
Overall I really liked the color, lock system, and maneuverability, but it did feel a little thin and cheap.
