For 7 weeks and 10 destinations I had this filled to capacity (though not expanded), and at max weight for international flight (24kg 53 pounds). At weight, you need to keep it in front of you at an angle if on all fours, but the wheels are fine. I was surprised they survived the many brick and cobblestone streets I dragged then across.
One mishap with the zipper. After 6 weeks, I lifted from handle on long side, and the zipper came completely undone. Was able to fix it, and didnt use that handle again, but was worried it wouldnt survive baggage handling. It survived the two remaining airports just fine. HIGHLY recommend you get luggage straps with this for this reason. It also makes it easier to distinguish your bag.
All bags have issues. Still glad I chose this one. If you have a lot to carry, this is your bag.
I really thought this was a nice piece of luggage! I used this on a round trip. Worked great on the departure , then I went to zip up going back and it broke. VERY disappointed in this being an choice Really!
I go to use the 2 year warranty and they tell you send it back to . Went to and the 30 day window is closed. Terrible!! Im going to find something nicer and way better quality and service.

I have to give this 5 Stars now! They contacted me after seeing my review and wanted to help make it right. First they offered 50.00 and I declined to only explain why. I paid 140.00 and I felt they should do the right thing and replace it. Yes, I was 30 days past and it doesnt seem fair for any luggage return. Especially after the trip wasnt planned for another two months out. Luggage is supposed to last a long time I thought. We left a month later, went on a eight day seven night vacation. The luggage worked great going through the airport and arriving on the ship. Coming home was a different story as stated above our zipper broke. This is what I told them when they had contact me wanting to help. I really have to say their customer service is outstanding as they responded without delay. They emailed back/and/forth so they could rectify the problem and make us happy. I was really impressed because a lot of times you get the runaround and they are what real customer service should be! They asked for me to change my review, before I receive the luggage and again I stated no. I thought that they should send it first. Then I can a updated an honest and well deserved review! I was sure they wouldnt agree to this. Lo and behold it arrived at my door brand new at 8 oclock on a Sunday night WOW!
This Company is outstanding, your customer service is impeccable and who stands behind their product! Thank you so much for working with us, well see you again in the future! Thanks again for everything!!

Took this carry on to Cleveland Ohio and back. Had enough room for clothes, shoes, and toiletries for four days. Fit in the overhead perfectly. Too bad other American Air and Delta Air travelers had to be so self/centered and narcissistic to bring bags that were way too large for the overhead bins. Slowed boarding the plane WAY down.
This bag is definitely the way to go for flying!
I love this brand suitcase. They are so light weight! The maneuverability is fantastic. They also have approved locks that are so easy to open and set. I really wish I had bought the entire set, but wanted to try it first and loved it! I bought the largest and then went back and got the carry/on.
