First trip with this suitcase. Made 3 legs of flight ok but on the 4th trip in the luggage hold it came out popped open at the zipper. I am beyond my return window. One zipper on the track could be used to close it up to get home for now, but this is not a suitcase ai would trust now. The bag handler says this has been very common with this solid style: sort of like they have to givesomewhere if compressed, and they give ant the zipper. Going to stick to cloth sided.
We purchase this luggage in 2019. Three years later its still standing strong and holding up well. Doesnt seem to scratch like some of the other ones we own. Locking system is great. The inside is nothing fancy, but good enough and no one sees it but YOU. Its being both, checked in and used as a carry on and has survived both. Its gone under the plane at least six times that we can remember. We have the original wheels, which I feel are stronger than the newer ones everyone uses. Its nothing fancy or luxurious, but looks the part, has served us well, and most importantly, they are still going strong!
I am looking forward to using this luggage for an upcoming European trip which will include train transfers. I am anticipating easy handling given the light weight.
I was shocked at how lightweight the suitcase was. I like the way it expands as well since sometimes you come back from trips with a few more things than you started with.
I loved the sleek style of this luggage and it is super light weight and travels well. I had purchased both the carry/on and the next size up luggage right before the pandemic (late 2019) and did not travel for the first time until 2021. The carry on main handle literally broke on me in the middle of the airport on this last trip.
Update / a few weeks after my post, customer service contacted me. They offered me a full refund (80). While im not happy with how the product turned out, they are a smaller company that is working to improve their product and keep customers happy. I have both the carry on and the larger piece of luggage and the larger piece of luggage has been durable so far.

Solid purchase
I bought this bag and took it from DC to Mauritius. Rolls good, held up well. The Handel feels a little loose but I had no issues with it.
