This is small, no back support. Creaks when you sit on it. Poor design, small screws on hinges, coming out already. I put it together five min ago. Some screws arent long enough for that bottom leg, so you need your own construction screws to keep that on. Didnt take long to build, and its light so it will be easy to toss away in a week or 2 when it breaks. Very little storage inside, maybe 4 pairs of sneakers, 2 pairs of boots.
Im in love with this bench, its so cute and practical and keeps the entrance of the house niceee and messy free! It feels great to be able to sit down and put or take the shoes off.

The product was well packaged. Take photos as you unpack in case you need to re-pack for return. The assembly instructions are well presented. Assembly was difficult due to production flaws. Some holes were not predrilled as indicated. The predrilled holes for the dowel pins were too large, leaving the dowels loose and ineffective. Most of the holes for the main bolts were painted over making it difficult to get the bolt threads started. It definitely helps to have two people during assembly. Having a power drill was critical in the assembly. If the holes are not predrilled, the wood may split as the screws are tightened.
The product looks gooddd. But It easily gets scratches during assembly. You will notice the scratches when you see it closely. But it doesnt show up from a distance, so works well for me.
