Love this bench. Came one day early. Fabulously packaged. Previous review was correct. You need two people to get it out of the box. One large box holds styrofoam encased smaller box. Baskets were included.
Loved it in the picture, but had the huge scratch on it and the paint job was just so so. Would have returned it but it was a gift and they didnt want to have to try to get it back in the box. Disappointed since it was a gift! Loved it if it hadnt come damaged or the paint job was a little better.
Many holes for screws were too shallow for the screws to take hold. Hold to get drill out and re-drill the holes. Two holes were totally absent, had to drill them in. Poor quality control.
Its beautiful wood and the baskets are well made and the cushion is perfect for sitting to put shoes on or whatever. We are using it for dog leashes and for dog toys. We love it.
Last few steps of the instructions cannot be performed without undoing some previous steps. Whoever put the instructions together clearly did not physically assemble the product themselves.
One of the wooden sticks came broken, so I had to MacGyver it.
The labels. Omg the labels. Why do you need labels for the letters so large that when you try to take them off, the label paper rips? Like, why do the labels need a picture of the piece? I can see the piece with my eyes, I dont need a label on it with a picture of it. If Im holding it, I know what it is.
Anyways, the product itself is very nice. Just some very annoying things during assembly.

Cant beat it. Already put together. perfect color. Nice little cushion. Just unpack and put in place.
