Ordered vintage white and received a dark gray bench. Bench is very well made and sturdy. Thank goodness we have gray in the room we are putting it in, but definitely not vintage white. Nice bench.
arrived fully assembled and on time. color was as depicted and goes perfectly in my little bathroom. NO MOLD or damage of any kind. baskets are sturdy and one basket can hold 5 pairs of adult shoes. i am very glad i did not listen to the negative reviews. there was nothing negative to report with my bench
I have a small little entryway/hallway. We remove our shoes upon coming into the house and up until now we had at least 8 pairs of shoes always sprawled out our tiny square entryway- you would think it was a shoe store at my entryway. With this bench problem solved! All of our shoes can fit in the 2 large compartments. This is the perfect size for our small entryway. I can open n close the door without it touching the bench. I got it in the expresso/dark color- forgot its name. The bins can be completely removed as well as the top pillow. I wish cushion came in a darker color other than white, as white can dirty quickly, but so far its kept clean. I like to adorn it with decorative seasonal pillows/throw blankets. It came fully assembled!! When going out or coming in we can sit down to remove/ put on shoes. Although my space is small and maybe too filled with this bench it does add a nice cozy welcoming nook in the space. Happy with the purchase.
I thought it looked good and was sturdy without any damage during shipping. Mom just wanted a different color gray so I suggested she painted darker. She didnt want to take that extra time to do that. Looks great. Seat cushion is a little stiff but still comfortable.

Instructions on putting together were really bad. Glad I could figure out on my own how to do it. Also tape was stuck to the wood parts and took me awhile to get adhesive residue off.
The instructions in the manual are wrong both boards that go on the sides (J and I) are supposed be attached at the very end or E and F will not go in no matter how hard you try. After removing one of the boards and finally getting everything together like it should I realized the cushion was missing a Velcro! Shame! All that hard work to realize this at the very end! Just speaks about the manufacturers quality, lets see how their customer service turns out to be
Referencing printed instructions, pg 17 item 15 and pg 20 item 18 can not be completed without going back and removing pg 11 item 9 and then reinstalling after completing items 15 and items 18.
Manufacture might try it following the instructions and they will understand.

Problem solved- no more shoes all over my small entryway!

Printed Instructions need to be revised.

Nice piece
Really nice piece. A lot of hardware but I was able to do it myself and it is very sturdy. It is small, check the dimensions before buying.
