I must admit, the directions for assembly were not good. I purchased this bed for my granddaughters who sleep three to a room. They needed the space. I am satisfied with the end results, it is sturdy, and is a space saver. It arrived on time just before Christmas. I am satisfied with my purchase and the price. The only thing is, I did purchase the warranty which never came. So, I would check out the return policy before spending the extra on the warranty.
This bed has been great. I had no issues with parts—it came all together and assembly was not bad. It’s durable and is exactly what I needed for my nephews. The only con I’d say is that it’s a bit squeaky but that’s expected with metal beds. It doesn’t feel weak and feels sturdy.
Ordered this to relace two twin beds in a beach condo. It took my husband and I about 1 1/2-2 hours to put together. It’s definitely a two person job, but the instructions were pretty straightforward. The bed seems sturdy. My 200lb 12 year old slept in the top bunk just fine. Good product for a good price. Very happy with it so far.
1. Assembly instructions were not very easy to follow. Assembling and aligning the bed pipes Item8 was tricky.
2- The ladder can only be installed to the right side of the bed . As shown in the attached photo, the bunker bed can only be located in the right corner of my kids room, the ladder cannot be moved to the left. Manufacturer should design to give the flexibility of mounting the ladder to either side.
3- Overall, the bunker bed is good for the money spent.

Searched high and low for a reasonably priced bunk that wasn’t too tall, too large and had a decent spacing for the railing and mattress on top. I would say we lucked out! A thicker pillow top mattress does reach the top side railing, but if you have a thinner one it’s not too bad! Kids are excited and time will tell!

It suggests two people to assemble- I did it by myself and agree - two would have made it a lot easier and quicker.
DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS UNTIL THEY ARE ALL IN PLACE you want the bed to be flexible and wiggly so you can easily assemble it then go around and tighten everything. This is mentioned in the instruction booklet multiple times, anyway, my daughter LOVES the bed. It took me less than an hour and a half to assemble by myself. The hardest part was the little black plastic clips that keep the rails from sliding around gave me a little callous on my thumb. Once assembled I went around several times getting everything fully tightened and the bed is very sturdy. I will be strapping it to the wall because sometimes kids lose their ever-loving minds and do stupid shit and I dont want the bed tipping over on them and their hair-brained ideas. LOVE the bed great quality for the cost, no missing pieces, well packed not one scratch on it, instructions were clear. Highly recommend.

It took the seller a while to get replacement parts to me. They went above and beyond to make things right.
They not only refund me some money, they also sent me a whole new bed.
So I changed the review to 4 stars.

The bunk bed trundle bed arrived ahead of schedule. It was okay to assemble until we got to the trundle bed. We ran into a problem with the unique nut and bolt pieces that go into the frame of the trundle bed to keep the mattress in place. We had a really hard time getting the nuts screwed on to the bolts. In fact two of the bolts broke right off.
We contacted the sellers asking they send us replacement nuts and bolts.
Their solution was that we should go buy the nut and bolts ourselves.
That is not possible because it is a very unique design that you cant just pick up in a hardware store.
We were very disappointed.
