This product lasted 60 days. My son is 9 and weighs 88 pounds. The net broke within 60 days. The triangle that the springs attach to began to fall off within 45 days and within 60 days too many fell off for my son to safely use product. I called customer service and they refused to send me a new net. It takes awhile to build and purchase a new trampoline, so instead of buying a new one I wanted this to work. I then offered to purchase a new net, but the seller will not sell parts. Next I tried to buy a replacement net online, but the net size is nonstandard. Now my trampoline is garbage and I am out money and time. Also, the customer service is terrible. They could care less about my issues with their product.
Good trampoline. The assembly directions are somewhat terrible but if youve ever put anything together and have some common sense its pretty easy. Definitely 2 people for some steps. As other reviewers mentioned, the net is delivered inside out so be aware of that. My son loves it and thats all you can ask for. Will update if there are any problems
Absolutely love it, also arrived a day earlier than expected, wasnt bad putting together either and the kiddos love it hopefully it lasts awhile for us, perfect for our backyard.
This was ordered as a gift for my niece's two young children (ages 3 and 5 years), and within 3 days of assembly the zipper has broken. There a lose thread from the enclosure stitching that wrapped itself into the zipper. Despite freeing it without having to use scissors or anything sharp, one of the zipper teeth broke causing the zip itself to jump the track. Now it cannot be closed at all.
I really wanted to be able to give a better review, but with the zipper breaking so quickly it has really put a damper on. The rest of the trampoline seems sturdy and it didn't take them all that long to put together. The kids also really love it, the size is perfect and the springs are safely covered which is a huge relief. I'm hoping the company will respond to my concern, I submitted the issue to them through the portal for that so hopefully they're willing to help. I will update the review after the issue is resolved.

The company responded back in the allotted 48 hour period and requested pictures, which I submitted. They're sending a brand new net with no additional charge so we're very happy. Great customer service!
For some reason I kept hesitating thinking my kids wouldnt use this. Boy was I wrong! We are in the basement at least twice a day for jump sessions. My almost 2-year-old and six-year-old both love it, and so do I! My husband put together mostly by himself in about an hour, assembly wasnt overly difficult just a bit time consuming with many parts. The unit feel sturdy, and a good quality. I was impressed given the low price. Very happy with our purchase! Would recommend and buy again
Do yourself a favor and watch a video of assembly instead of the Chinese translated wording and art. Especially the part where it tells you how to assemble the netting... Wow what a night getting this thing together. After watching a video of a generic trampoline getting put together, we figured it out.
The trampoline itself is nice for two kids, easily fits in our garage or basement. The kids love it and I can see them getting a few years out of it before they outgrow it. We will see if it lasts that long!

This is the perfect trampoline for my 8 year old. Easy to assemble, and very sturdy.

Zipper has broken in 3 days (Updated Review)

It was a little work getting it together but it was worth it! Our two year old son loves it!!
