One set of legs were unfinished and slightly smaller than the set the came correct. Tried to connect the manufacturer as instructed by , however the email was returned as undeliverable. Other than that the couch is beautiful and very comfortable.
Great couch. We we looking for something that was textured velvet (cats dont scratch this), budget friendly and of course beautiful/comfortable. This couch is epic! Its a bit more than we would have liked to spend but also thousands cheaper than some other options out there. Good size, firm but comfortable a s such a beautiful color. The delivery workers we amazing too. Love love love this couch and expect to have it for years to come.
The couch is gorgeous and I love it, bUt it came wiht NO legs and was NO HELP at all in helping me get the legs that DIDNOT come with it.Suggestions on how I can get the legs for this??

Very beautiful sofa. Larger than expected. The sofa is super low but I was prepared for that and had a set of 8 5 1/2 inch legs to go on. To my surprise, there are actually 9 legs (4 on each piece 1 in the center of the chaise) ...but 8 works. The leg holes are not even at all. I'm sure this wouldn't matter if you use the original legs which are the size of marbles. But since my sofa is now raised, it is apparent that the legs are all unevenly placed. This bothers me because I have my sofa freestanding (not against a wall) and it's quite noticeable. All else is well. Super comfortable to sit and nap
UPDATE - A customer service representative from reached out to me personally to see what she could do to improve my experience. She immediately had the 2nd half of my sofa shipped. It took another month and half before I received it but Jenny the customer service rep consistently contacted me weekly for updates on the sofa arrival. She also reached out to the delivery company multiple times on my behalf. I finally received the 2nd half and my family and I are elated ! I initially rated the sofa 1 star because of the service but definitely redeemed themselves. The SOFA IS AMAZING. I absolutely love it. Beautiful and Great quality.
I only received half of my sofa and spent a week on the phones being told by some representatives that it was on the way , being told by others that it was not even in the warehouse. I took time off of work multiple days waiting on the second part of my sofa that after multiple times of being guaranteed and rescheduling delivery dates I never did receive a delivery. I really wanted and needed a sofa and now Im stuck with half a sofa which looks ridiculous. I have not heard back from any representative as to where the second portion of the sofa is or when I will be receiving it and it has been over a week. Very dissatisfied. But the sofa itself , well at least the portion I received is lovely.

Its cute and we were able to angle it so it would fit in my small living room.
Its comfortable and the material is beautiful.
It only took us 5 minutes to put it together.
Overall, its a beautiful couch at an affordable price, and most people cant believe I bought it from .

Uncomfortable
Looks good but other than that not comfortable at all to sleep on or just lay. Very hard
