We love our trampoline. The size is perfect for our four boys to jump on it. We use it almost daily. We bought additional metal stakes to make sure it is not flying away during heavy winds but it probably would be fine without them too. The kids enjoy the trampoline and we would definitely recommend it.
Very disappointed. Wanted to order a replacement part and was told to give a review in order to get the part. Did the review and never received link. Safety pad shredded and fell apart quickly.
We love our trampoline. Its a good solid investment. Living in the windy Midwest we have gone through two nets alreadyFrom the trampoline blowing over. Lan at customer service is very helpful with getting us the replacement parts we need to fix it.
We like the trampoline and the net, easy set up. However, the net does not secure all the way around the bottom. My son slipped on the edge, his leg went between the net and the pad and he got stuck with his leg hanging below the trampoline. Yes, I was there and got him out. No, he was not injured. No, it is not an actual hazard and we do know the risks of a trampoline. Just one of those things to be aware of and educate the kiddos.
This trampoline is a very good quality. My grandson and his friends are having a lot of fun playing on it. If there is any problems with the trampoline the service department is ready and willing to take care of it.

We had to contact Customer Service because there were pieces that needed to be replaced due to weather damage and they are very responsive and accommodating - could not ask for better service and quality. Looking forward to many years of jumping fun for our kids (ages: 10 and 8).
The trampoline was easy to assemble. Although heavy the wind blew it and the posts bent. We reached out to customer service and they quickly replaced the post. Depending on where you place it and where you live you may need to anchor it.

Product was awesome. Kids loved it. Was damaged in a wind storm and heather from sent us two replacement parts for free.

Easy to setup. The net and the padding over the springs seem pretty sturdy. Kids are having a blast!
