The trundle works perfectly- I have it 3 stars because the bars that hold the mattress are lightweight and I am not certain how they hold up- I feel I need to put a piece of plywood on top to distribute weight- have instructed kids not to jump on it! But fits perfectly!!

    Great product, hard to install

The bed looks great, is inexpensive, and is very solid. However, it takes a long time to build and the instructions are a little hard to follow at times. If you hate building things, look elsewhere.

Got it for my grand daughter and she loves it! When it comes to game night she runs to her room and rolls out the desk for us to use. Too cute!

    assembly no problem

Good sturdy bed. I got it in white and it arrived in perfect condition. Based on other reviews, I was ready for a long frustrating afternoon of assembling. To my delight, it really goes together smoothly. This 60+ granny put it together basically by myself. Helps to have someone to hold a few pieces (which I did but wasnt hard to put together at all. Take your time and read directions carefully...a bit of common sense helps, too! Bed is sturdy, and looks ready for guests! One note: while it is nice to have space on bottom bunk for person to sit up, keep in mind it is very low to the floor and may be difficult for older folks to get up to standing position.

    Great trundle

Sturdy and easy to put together, we had it done in maybe half an hour. The clips were the only challenge but they were not really bad. Clever design I feel like it will last a long time. We put an 8 memory foam mattress on it and the support is perfectly sufficient it did not need any help.

    Key Part Missing

Bed came with incorrectly marked corner post. I received 3 A posts. One was marked D. A wasted weekend.

Take your time assembling it. Your best bet is to make everything snug until its fully assembled (then tighten everything. The sucker is heavy but then again, that is why its very tough. We are using this in a small mobile home in our hunting ranch and I find it a little tall for an eight-foot high ceiling. But its good enough if youre only 5 7 in height (still got to be careful with the ceiling.

    Too many pieces! Laborious assembly.

This is a poorly designed bunk bed. There are many cross bars that the mattresses rest on. These bars must each be installed, and each require 2 plastic pieces (one on each end that are difficult to place and difficult to remove. The plastic pieces also break during installation. Placing each plastic piece is difficult and time-consuming. As a result the bunk takes hours to setup. There are too many pieces. I would prefer it if the part of the bunk that supports the mattress is only one piece, instead of many. This requires a larger box but is completely worth it. I have another bunk which is designed with one piece supporting the mattress and is much easier to disassemble, move, and reassemble. The bunk doesnt keep its shape really well on the diagonal. What I mean by this is you can grab one end of the bunk and move it sideways. What you would expect is the entire bunk to move, but what actually happens is the other end stays in place and the entire frame just turns into a parallelogram (when viewed from the top. Its not exceptionally bad but it is there. This really is the worst bunk bed design I have ever seen, Im not just exaggerating. I gave two stars instead of one because aside from the parallelogram effect described above, it is quite strong for how small the bars are. And light. Its ok.

    Great sturdy bed

This is a great, sturdy, bed. Pros are that the person on the bottom can easily sit up. Cons are that the top bunk is WAAAY up there which can be a bit nerve racking for little kids!
