    Great bed

It is probably the first time I am writing a review but really want to do it for this product. Before I purchased this bed I did an extensive research on what kind of bed I want for my toddler. The reasons I bought this one: low loft - not too high and there is space under the bed; stairs as oppose to ladder. 1. We received it several days earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. 2. The assemble instructions were easy to follow. 3. This bed is very sturdy - does not wobble at all, there is no squeaking either. I was worried I would need to add additional planks to reinforce it, but it is not needed. 4. As for the slats, I know how some beds have just a few slats and was ready to buy additional but again it is definitely not needed (please see to the picture). 5. As we assembled the bed we found 2 pieces with cracks. I contacted the seller right away and received a replacement parts within just a few days, faster than bed. Great customer service! Overall I am very happy with the purchase and I would definitely recommend it. The little one loves it as well.

Lots of room to sleep and play.

My grandson loves the bed. He can have cousins over and they have a nice place to sleep.

    Great sturdy bed

This may easily be the best quality bed I ever purchased. The bed is as sturdy as can be and the instructions were so simple that a child could follow them. I had to reach out to customer service for spare parts and they responded quicker than I could check my emails. The parts were shipped to me promptly, even though I haven’t yet opened the box the spare parts were shipped in. My kid loves this bed. Caution: the bed is huge, so consider if you’d want all of your room space eaten up by it. However, you won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

Great quality bed with tons of storage, assembly is long

Took 2 of us all day, with tools to put together, but it's a big bed. Great quality and tons of storage. The stair drawers are huge. I with the bottom of the drawers was a little sturdier, but all in all and for the price, this bed is amazing!

    Sturdy and beautiful rock

Shop carefully and peruse the reviews on as I value the community input. The vibe I got from them was the sturdiness. I also noticed extra class with nice railing and draws. The one review showing it collapsing I attributed it to a fluke in manufacturing or shipping or assembly. Anyways! It takes hours to assemble. The only difficulty was the steps which lacks proper labeling. The hardware was always well labeled. It's a terrific value and doesn’t budge. Looks awesome. Holds awesome. Awesome price. Thick quality wood with a nice stain!

    TIPS FOR PUTTING TOGETHER

so happy with the purchase. It took 6 hours with a break. The directions are only visual diagram directions. Pay attention to the visual placements as far as screw holes, etc. You do not need a drill even when there is not pre designated holes - the wood in pine but still soft enough to push the screw into placement and then screw in. My daughter and I put it together our selves. I would suggest the when putting together the top bed you don't add the last mattress slot nearest to where you want the steps to be until you put the stair rail up top on, cuz you'll need to get an angle that is in the way - we put it all together and just had to undo it and then screw back in again - so don't worry about it if you make a mistake. One other suggestion is that when you build the lower bunk bed, I would put in the frame bracket one screw in (see the diagram of that last placement to make it make sense)- that way when your finishing the stairs you'll only have to get under the bed to screw the other bracket into the staircase. We didn't know it so since this is a final bed direction, it was a difficult angle to get from under a small space - and if your not an average built it might be impossible to angle in. The staircase has a portion that goes behind the bed area (2-3 inches), it does not have predrilled holes - you don't need predrilled - we pushed screwed them in - one of us starting at the top, the other at the bottom and pushing the wood together screwing in toward the middle - sounds more difficult that it was - it was super easy. My 4 year old twin granddaughters just love it - best purchase ever.....
