First, the delivery was quick, as expected, and the box is large and somewhat heavy but not ridiculous. The packaging is excellent....not eco friendly, but the pieces are protected and packed efficiently. The instructions and the assembly are EXTREMELY simple, and each hole pre drilled is aligned perfectly. The finished product is very sturdy, yet light enough to move around. Lots of care and detail went into the manufacturing, design, and packing of this bed. So far we are extremely pleased.....the first nights sleep will be the determining factor, as well months of use to determine durability.
