Superior packaging--double boxed and then lots of styrofoam in bags(so no mess!). Ratchet tool provided--awesome! Spare parts as well! All parts clearly labeled, good instructions, easy to setup--I did by myself in under an hour. The bed is solid and stable. Every detail has been thought out and well executed. I wish all companies would follow suit. And for the money, fantastic bargain.
Ok so I was nervous about this bed because of the mixed reviews, but I took a chance because of the value and because it was the exact fit for what I needed....and so far its GREAT. Color is really pretty , I got the cherry and its a nice cherry not too red or cheap looking. Its sturdy, I know people in the past had issues with that , but Im thinking they have since made improvements, granted I havent yet slept on it. All my supports touch the floor , I know that was an issue I saw in the reviews as well but no problems here. Love .
I was impressed on how easy it was to assemble this frame, everything was very carefully packaged and they even included a small ratchet to tighten all the fasteners. I would recommend this to anyone who likes the look.
*Note I have to put this addition to my review, I purchased this on 1/31/2021 for $325.99 and although I was happy with the price at the time, on Feb 5, 2021 it went on sale for $224.00. I contacted customer service and also customer service and asked for a price match. $100 difference just 5 days later and I thought for sure the would adjust the price but both said no. So if you want this bed and I think it is a great bed just keep your eye out for it to go on sale.

Outstanding quality for the price. I put this together myself in about an hour (free ratchet tool was a bonus but I used an electric screwdriver). Only one minor flaw: one of the holes had been drilled too deep in the frame, so I had trouble getting the bolt seated in it. Everything else was perfect. I was surprised at how nice the wood frame is...its real, solid wood (some type of tropical hardwood?), and the extra touches that seat the slats (dowels, velcro) are very nice and lend to the sturdy feeling of the unit. Very happy with my purchase; highly recommend.

I like that it is just tall enough that I can slide under-the-bed storage containers below it. Nice minimalist lines, and seems very sturdy. Usually I am very skeptical of newer put it together yourself furniture, but this was worth it and a good value. We use it with a Casper mattress.
I bought this frame on sale, so I really cant complain too much... It works fine as a backup or in-between bed frame but the screws loosen over time, making the bed really wobbly. In the short time weve had the frame, I think weve tightened the screws almost every week.
