The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! Love the way the hardware was packaged. Super easy to assemble. The Velcro strips and dowel supports along the slats/ frame are a great plus. Really felt like this bed was put together well - with hardware in the pre-drilled holes. Also packaged very carefully. Very pleased with this purchase.

Looks good and seems sturdy.
I like that it came with a few extra fasteners and a handy Allen ratchet wrench— tho the ratchet mechanism slipped a lot.
Cons:
It came out of the box with a few dings in the wood— only really visible if you look up close.
The corners didnt fit exactly flush. I did the best I could by tightening everything slightly, wiggling everything around until it was as flush as possible, and then going around alternating corners tightening everything securely.
All and all pretty happy with it.
I expected the color to be a lot darker but its still a very nice bed and if I want to stain it to the color to match my tv stand and night stand later on it is doable! its sturdy and easy to assemble. Its the perfect height and I love this bed! I recommend this bed if you want a platform bed! I have a full size and I have a very small room and this fits perfectly with lots of room!
I was nervous about putting this together after reading some of the other reviews...but it was very easy. Im a 77 yo woman and had no trouble at all putting it together myself. I did have my husband help with attaching our headboard (that we already had) and it went on really easy as well. Son visiting and slept on it the first night and said it was great.
We are so pleased with our king-size bedframe! Espresso wood color is gorgeous. Price is unbelievable. Assembly and directions are as so easy. Nice to have a second person for balance at times, but one person could do it, no problem. Took about 20 minutes. We added furniture gliders (?) under all of the legs and the center bar to protect the wood floor but probably not needed.
