They responded to my issue very quickly. This bedframe went above my expectations. I put it together myself in under an hour, and it was strudy right from the getgo. Its been a few months now, and I have no complaints. Very happy with this purchase.
I was concerned with the negative reviews, but seeing how most of them are over 5 years old. Sort to the most recent over all very positive.
This was one of the best designed diagramed install instructions I have ever seen. Bed is easily assembled in 10 minutes. They even included extra hardware a ratchet (Swedish box store could take note)
Attractive bed frame/head board that looks very nice in our remodeled house.
I went back and forth on if I should get this frame based on the reviews. I got it, and it took two people about an hour and a half to put together. It was super easy to build and its held up great! I was nervous with it being too low to the ground but with our mattress on top it feels completely normal. Would recommend this!
Instructions for assembly would be helpful So far no complaints as to the sturdiness of the frame. My issue is the color - we ordered the rustic pine and its very orange tinted and unnatural looking, nothing like the example shown or the photos in other reviews.
