So happy with everything about this frame. The shipping was very fast. The tools needed are included and the quality of the frame is excellent. With a little patience, I think almost anyone could figure out how to put this frame together themselves. The instructions could have been a bit more clear but it was still easy assemble. It took me about an hour.
I bought this bedframe in 2017 and have not had any major issues with it. The center bar is fine, but I always ensure to lift the bedframe when moving it. If you dont lift it, the legs of the center support will drag and could suffer from torsion.
I tripped and fell into the bed the other day and it busted the ledge on the inside of the side-rail that supports the slating. I was able to replace it with a $3 scrap from the hardware store and its back in use again. (original piece measures 0.75x1x72)
Notes after 5 years of ownership: At least once a year, tighten the bolts up or use thread locker on them. Never move the bed without lifting it or you could damage the center support. The double-sided tape to prevent the mattress sliding around does not last very long, but its easy to replace if desired. No squeaks or creaks yet.
I was worried from some of the reviews about the frame cracking. Im about 200+ pounds with a queen size mattress and it seems to be holding up a few months in, no creaking or leaning. It looks nice, simple enough to put together, and a nice alternative to a metal frame. Im not gonna be jumping on it (much) so I think itll pass through the gauntlet the next few years
We wanted to replace our guest room bed with a new one. We took over 6 months to consider the type of frame. We found this one and are very pleased with the quality, style and easy to assemble. We contacted customer service during the assemble and they were 5 Stars.
Excellent packaging but box is very heavy. Im 5ft and 67 yrs old and needed to get frame up to second floor. Unpacked and carried up piece by piece! Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Love the low profile look.
Easy to assemble. Solo assembly took less than an hour. Its fairly lightweight. Purchased it at a great price. It was so nice and easy to assemble. Quality was better than expected. My first piece. Based upon this product I ended up purchasing a desk from their brand as well.
This would be a 5 star for us because the frame is simple, beautiful, and great quality. Directions are easy and time to put together is pretty fast. The only thing is that on one of the sides, ones of the the screws wont tighten at all so its not as sturdy as it should be. Other than that we like it a lot!

Could not put it together on my own
Beautiful bed, but it was hard for me to put it together by myself very disappointed that doesnt provide that service of assembling the bed together
