I purchased this bed frame several years ago and I loved it. I gave it away when I decided to buy an adjustable bed frame to help with acid reflux. Flash forward to a couple of weeks ago when I sold the adjustable frame and bought another ! It now comes with a ratcheting hex key/Allen wrench and its a lifesaver.
We have purchased 3 of these. They are fairly easy to put together. It helps to have a second pair of hands although you could do it alone. It is pretty sturdy but there are just slats at the base to hold the mattress. But it gives ample room underneath which is nice for storage. It looks great, modern. A good purchase for the money.
I got this for a twin mattress I purchased while my furniture was in storage; I decided to turn this into a daybed in my front room. This frame did just the trick - it looks very clean and seems sturdy (although I am not on it often). Very good buy, well made, and easy to assemble.
I was able to assemble this frame in 20 minutes thanks to the clear instructions and included ratchet tool. It is also easier to disassemble when moving (which I have done twice). No complaints. For the price, Id say its a great deal.
The bed came very well packaged with no damage and no missing parts. I had someone else put it together. He said it was easy and took about 30 minutes to complete. The bed looks nice and is quite solid. Liked the price.
I have been using this bed frame for the last three months. I replaced a bed frame/spring, made in the 1970s, that I had been using for the last 20+ years, which was like sleeping in a taco shell. This new frame is as solid as the day I first assembled it. It has a very sturdy feeling to it, with no issues of any parts loosening up. I had no problems assembling the bed myself, although the package is on the heavy side. A second person may come in handy to move the box. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.
I moved from out of state by myself and ordered this bed for my apartment. Its heavy, so getting it up my stairs was a task, but it was super easy to assemble as a 51 woman. Its sturdy and pretty, looks like it cost more than I paid for sure. If youre a grad student, I recommend this. Realistically youll never get the best quality for our price range, but this frame and the mattress I got to go with it are comfortable and affordable, so I dont think its a bad investment for 4-5 years. I wouldnt use a top tier mattress on this frame, other reviewers have said why, but for me? It works! Hope this helps :)
