We received the bed with several parts missing. No hardware and over 7 pieces missing. When we contact Dorel, their customer service advise that those missing parts wont be available until several weeks later. Very frustrating.
PERFECT! This bed is very nice and sturdy! My daughters were thrilled when they saw it and even helped my husband put it together! Took them no time at all to have it totally set up!
A very nice sturdy bed for the money! Works very well for my 6 10 year olds. It would be nice if the labels on the pieces came off easier or were not quite as visible, especially the large warning on the headboard.
Great bed very sturdy. Slats are rather far apart. We are thinking about adding some boards or picking up some IKEA slats. Wish we had gotten a better mattress rather than the lucid 5 inch gem memoir foam.
We love the look of this bed and felt like installation was relatively easy. However, after over a month the bed still smells. Does the smell go away? Is their a health concern?
little tricky to put together and the wood is softer then i expected. So far no real damage, but we have not used the ladder. It looks very nice when it is all put together. I did notice that the frame is about 2 inches wider then the actual full size mattress so there is quite a bit of room for the mattress to move, but the twin seems to fit very well. real issue that i have is that there is not much room from the top of the full mattress to the bottom of the upper frame. The picture makes it seem like there would be more room. We have only had this frame for about 2 months, i will try to post any updates.
My 14 year old son put this together in a little over an hour by himself. The instructions were so easy to follow. The bed is heavy and sturdy, and do not have the wiggling fear that I have of most bunk beds when climbing to the top. I love the white color, since it goes with any decor. I am so happy I got this bunk bed! Excellent quality from all the Dorel products I have purchased!
I have not ever seen so many pieces in my life. Then the box arrived opened, I am going to be so mad if parts are missing when I put this bed together.
My kids love the bed and it looks great. The problem is that after 4 months, I see a lot of cracks in the wood that is quite concerning to me (see pictures).This bed seems to be falling apart. My 5 and 3 year old do not jump on the bed or horse around on it so it isnt due to abuse. I havent gotten a chance to fully inspect the bed since i noticed these last night. This definitely seems to be a safety concern.

Numerous cracks in wood after 4 months
