It was a fun ride at first but when I had to replace the front inner tube I ran into a problem trying to find a 14/in inner tube from any local bicycle shops or main department stores. So I had to go on to and find a company who sold these inner tubes. It wasnt so difficult to change the tube out and mount the wheel back on the bike. But weve noticed that the bicycle is malfunctioning. If you at all pedal the pedal assist will kick in regardless if youre pushing the throttle or not and it does this whether the power is on or off but the pedal assist should not be coming on anytime that you pedal otherwise whats the use of having pedals other than you can pedal back if the battery is dead its the only time you can pedal without pedal assist turning on. And also the brakes tend to squeak or squeal more than they should be. Overall we really enjoy the bicycle and have ridden all over streets beaches. We have lots of questions from people and lots of comments from people admiring the electric bike and always supporting s name. It fits nicely in the back of our car while our car is completely packed it still has space for your bike. If they didnt have the malfunction of the pedal assist the bike would be perfect and well worth the money.
I really recommend this bike for college students/young professionals or people just trying to use an alternative to public transport or cars to get around town. I use this bike to get to work everyday (just under 8 miles round/trip) and still have a significant enough charge to run errands in addition to my daily commute. Something to note is that peddaling greatly increases the time your charge will last as pedaling recharges the bike if you are not going up hill. My commute has several hills and so I always pedal and only use the throttle if I am starting from a stop on an incline. The only downfall is there is no speedometer but I attach my phone to my handlebars via another gadget, throw on a free app, and that takes care of that. I weigh about 130 and even with a heavy backpack still hit 20mph if its flat roads or a small uphill inclines, around 15 mph on steep uphill inclines and 25+ if I dont break going downhill. Ive really pushed this thing, take it apart, fold it up (which is really hard btw so note that) and slam it around and it has really held up despite my mistreatment. Charges quickly and holds the charge for weeks without use. Be safe though, wear a helmet and always give the right a way to the cars. Nobody is looking for you and the amount of times I have almost been hit is too high.
I like almost everything about this bike. Yes, I do look like a clown on little bike but it will keep up with my fiancees 26 inch evoke.
Just two things I dont like, one I knew about, one I didnt.
First, the bike has just one e setting, full on. No cadence sensor, which I knew. So I find myself constantly tapping the pedals then braking to keep a certain pace. Makes for a very jerky ride sometimes.
Second is the battery. I bought the removable version, which is a nice option. But the battery is not easy to pull out, no notch to put a finger in, or better yet, some sort of strap. That should be redesigned I think.
On the plus side. Its sturdy yet light weight (for an ebike), and it packs pretty compact. It does well up inclines and has a decent top speed. Only one other thing to mention, gravel roads and small wheels dont mix well.
This looks like a bike but should be treated like a scooter. The bike will not allow the rider to pedal without taking off like a rocket which is fun for a little while but makes you wish you had more battery when you hit the uphill.
Barely chugs a grown man up a 1 block hill. Ill try to do some range testing and report back.
We bought this to carry on camping trips. It seems well made and it folds easily. It also pedals easy. The only issue I have is the seat is not comfortable. Wondering if I can get a better seat to put on it. Otherwise it is great for our purposes!
Really good e/bike for the price. Battery lasts what its meant to last. Only minus on it I would say is those two scratches on the first two pictures that the bike came with when it was shipped. As a friendly tip just be careful when packaging. You wouldnt want people thinking that these bikes are used. At least I hope mines wasnt. Other than that Im happy with my purchase.
Update: 2 defective bikes, but will not send my third request for a different model in an expedited way time to leave this monopoly company. Update: second bike received earlier than expected but same defect.
Was very excited to get the ebike but it did not have a cover for the charging port located on the underside of the bike

Worth it, pays for itself

Good portable ebike.

Not a replacement for a bike.

Easy
Very useful at the beginning but after a year the speed came down. Now the back tire is flat and there is no replacement.
Nice bike

It ok
I did not get my back up battery for it
Mines came with a few scratches on certain areas; however the bike works and looks great!
