Great for commuting, with some downsides

Overall its a great little bike. Mileage is good and I love the compact size. Wish the seat was a little more comfortable and it really should come with lights. But for the cost, its a good solid bike.

    Great Bike

Its a fun bike . The only thing that I dont like and for the 4 star rating is holding the throttle down for long periods cramps the muscles in my hand. There should be a lock throttle. But fun to cruise around. I ride it to work 10 miles round trip. Easy to charge. Easy to assemble.

Rear tire is flat once riding

Rear tire is flat once riding, so I return it through . During waiting the return process, I buy 2nd EB5 soon. But 2nd EB5 sent me the used bike, Im very surprised. Of course, I return it soon when I open the package which is already dameged before its arrived here. Is it usual for ? 3rd one was almost good. There is a small damege in a battery meters, its no matter for me. Currently, I love it and I ride it every weekend.

    First impressions of my order.

The bike so far works. Still need to ride around and will update in the future. However, I have a issue with there being rust on my new bike and seat has small tear on it.

Light and portable but not pedal assist as I am used to.

I wanted a more flexible pedal assist. Also I didnot receive in package the assembly tools as stated on the inclusion sheet. It is light and very ridablr. It serves my purpose with a little practice.

Great first ebike but could be better

Positives / well built, easy to assemble and use. Great speed. Negatives / Heavy to pedal, lack of accessories (light for example) The bike is great for commute and is very small when folded. My main negative point is that the bike is very heavy for Its size and is slower compared to other electric bikes on the street. Also when folded Its a little hard to carry it. But in general the bike is a very good option on Its price range and will do the job, great acquisition for your first ebike.

    No quality control

There are no batteries available for this bike so I cannot change the battery. Screw nuts are missing, outlet is loose. Poor quality brake cable. This is the first week. When the product arrived, check it and it looked dirty, it looks used and I paid for it like new.

Original item was broken, they sent me a working replacement

UPDATE: They sent me a new one, and this one is in great condition. Overall, it is a great e/bike for the price. My friends have nice real e/bikes, but they paid around 3K for theirs, for 650 this bike holds its own. I weigh about 160 lbs, and it has trouble climbing steep hills but for the most part it works fine, and I like how it folds up and can easily be thrown into a trunk of a car. The battery is decent, I can get roughly 15 miles on it fully charged with some light pedaling when going uphill. Again, for the price, this is a great bike. When my 1st unit came broken, customer support was very responsive and sent a replacement unit within days. I bought this for 650. The box was broken, the electronics are stripped and the foot pedal broke off on my 1st trip with it. When I tried to call support, they just said talk to . This item is completely unusable and I guess I am just going to throw it out. If anyone at swagton sees this please contact me. I will update this review if they reach out and fix this.

Good, but unable to add a basket

It works great, but not that easily customizable with various parts.

    Awesome and fun

Got this for an around the town traveler the charger is like a laptop cable and I havent been told that I cant bring it inside yet. You can travel and run the battery dry and then find a place to recharge. Not that I would take any long journeys on it but if yoi had to its a fun little bike and a great conversational piece
